1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST KBB value for the car stock is $3,825 Condition: I bought the car in Florida about 10 years ago and I believe that there was just 1 previous owner. The car has 193,000 miles on it but I had the engine and trans rebuilt at 165,000 miles. The car starts and drives fine most of the time but every now and then under boost the car suddenly looses power. I don't know why it does that it could just need new plugs and wires. The car is out of PA inspection, I believe it will pass except for the rust on the strut tower on the passenger side and it has no cat converter. The drivers side door handle is cracked, but still works. I have maintenance records and reciepts for most everything done to the car. Custom suede interior throughout the car, including the seats, door panel inserts, headliner, and the entire back of the car except for the rear seat . Everything was recovered instead of covered over. cost almost $2,000 to have done. !Attention! Speakers and Amplifiers are not included in the auction and are for sale seperately. I will leave them in until the auction ends and if the winning bidder wants them, I will sell them installed for $1,000 Custom stereo built in sections that are removable yet lock themselves in place with just a couple screws and bolts. The power and ground wires are 0/1 gage. There is an eclipse headunit with front, rear, and subwoofer preamp outputs. There are 5 amplifiers powering all the speakers in the car, 2 alphasonik, 2 kicker, and 1 orion. There is rockford fosgate component speakers in the front, 2 eclipse 6"x9", 2 audiobahn 6"x9", 2 infinity kappa triple voicecoil 10" subs, and 1 audiobahn 12" flame q. The subs are in actual mdf vented boxes and 2 of the amps are visible, 2 are hidden in the rear, and 1 is under the passenger seat. There is also switches next to the drivers seat that can shut off either amp powering the subs. Custom Paint job, black with light blue and white pearl in the first layer of clear coat. It was painted about a year and a half ago. There are a couple of small rock chips and a chip near the passenger side windshield frame and a couple of knicks that will buff out easily. There is some rust starting on the rear lid. Mods Quaife limited slip differential($1200), ported Blouch TD05H-20G-XT Turbocharger ($1000), Hallman manual boost controller, stainless o2 housing, stainless 2 1/2" to 3" downpipe, stainless 3" JDM catback exhaust, Injen Intake, Greddy Type S blow off valve, 2 1/2" intercooler tubing, front mount intercooler, aftermarket 17" rims, aftermarket tailights, aftermarket marker lights. History: The Engine was professionally rebuilt at about 165,000 miles. I had the block decked and honed, put in a new crank, bearings, rings, 1 rod, 1 piston, and eliminated the balancing shaft. I have never had the head worked on other than pressure tested, which tested fine, when the engine was rebuilt. The Manuel Trans was replaced with a refirbished one the same time as the engine and before I put the trans in I had the Quaife LSD installed. A stock cluth and pressure plate are currently installed. Other parts replaced at 165,000 miles both half shafts, both front wheel bearings,all ball joints and control arms, rack and pinion, power steering pump, water pump, timing belt, and all 4 motor mounts. The turbo was installed some time between 5 and 10 thousand miles ago. The Blouch 20g is ported and liquid cooled which will make the bearings last much longer. the turbo has no noticable shaft play and has only been used to push up to 10psi well below its capabilities.
