PLEASE BE ADVISED: This is an AS-IS Worldwide Wholesale Auction. The vehicle exhibits some typical minor chips, scuffs, dings and scratches from just being driven. There is a tiny hole on the drivers seat. There are some chips on the hood. There is a small ding on the drivers front door and one on drivers rear door. These cosmetic flaws can be seen in the photographs. They can be addressed or ignored by the new owner. They do not take away from how nice this Forester truely is. PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Carfax states that this vehicle was involved in an accident on October 11, 2009 and the airbags were deployed. The Carfax also states that there was NO frame damage. On November 3, 2009 Carfax states that the vehicle was declared an insurance company total loss vehicle. The repair work appears to be of excellent quality and the car looks and runs great.

This vehicle has the balance of the Subaru factory powertrain warranty remaining. The factory powertrain warranty is valid until November 26, 2013 or 60,000 miles. Which ever comes first. The warranty is between the new owner and Subaru.
