Vehicle Detail
Here is a super clean 510 2door restored for street and vintage class track use. 200+ hrs in bodywork and paint prep alone. rear suspension carrier was precisely slotted laser aligned and has cam adjusters, camber at -1. deg. This car has beefy sway bars front and rear and really does handle like a dream. The full rollcage gives it a stiff and solid feel unlike most cars. Can be taken to any track with confidence and pride. I'm certain it will make its next owner happy The good: clean California car with no rust real vintage 3pc enkie wheels all new wiring via Painless Performance new weatherstripping though some is cracked insulated carbon headliner, quiet and cool 240z gauges all working (speedo goes to 160, car wont) new alternator new water pump new timing chain new master cylinder new brake pads/shoes new stereo & speakers new battery in trunk new pointless distributor new windshield the bad: Hitachi su carbs may not be tuned perfect rear tires are old, fronts are new drivers door catch could use better alignment or replace no leather seats no nav system no a/c no frills Any questions can be emailed or call 760-868-4119 $500 paypal deposit in 24hrs after auction close, full payment in 7days currently on non-op, pink in hand. i will help with loading but not shipping after payment is received good luck bidding!! and thanks for looking!! On Jul-13-12 at 10:42:30 PDT, seller added the following information: I just added two pics in response to some questions I got over the phone, yes it does have a little rust. above the passenger side taillight I welded in some sheetmetal to cover the spot where previous owner had an external battery disconnect. And on the left rear corner of the trunk I didnt grind out all of the original body caulking, both areas are hard to see when trunk is closed and should be easy to repair. The spare tire well was very solid, but i did patch a 4 inch section of lower rocker panel in front of left rear tire, and two places under where rear seat would, be all patched with welded in sheetmetal I would post pics but have reached the 24pic limit
