My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of buying a vehicle. I buy fresh trades from larger dealerships and sell them directly to the public. Each vehicle I sell is road tested before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of the overal condition of each vehicle. Please keep in mind as you read this that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate a full service dealership. This is the only way I sell cars. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions or bidding. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is one of the most well built vehicles of modern times. The Volvo 850 is designed and executed with uncompromising quality. With proper service, there is literally no life expectancy to one of these cars. I've seen them well over 500k and still running on the original engine/trans. I would rate the exterior condition of this 850 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The most obvious thing you should notice is that the hood is a different shade of green compared to the rest of the vehicle. When I acquired this vehicle, the hood was damaged and would not latch properly. I don't normally mess with vehicles but I didn't want the hood to fly up on someone so I found a used one...which is what you see on it now. It latches properly. A body shop could paint it for $100-200 if you want it to match. Otherwise, the body is in decent shape for an older vehicle. Aside from normal scuffs and scratches one should expect to find on an older vehicle, there is no apparent damage. There is a very small rust spot behind the passengers side rear door. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The optional alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in average rubber all around. Overall, she still looks decent for her age. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are all clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age, too. The drivers seat shows some normal bolster wear but the leather is in decent shape overall. The headliner is clean. The trunk is spacious and clean. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof appear to be working properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold. The original owners manual is included in the glove box. Both front seats are heated, too. Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It does sound like the starter is beginning to act up and may need replaced in the near future. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this car with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises with no complaints. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip. Gear changes are smooth through the rare manual transmission. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. An 850 with a manual transmission is one of the most simple vehicles around. Like I said, there is literally no life expectancy to this engine with proper service. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of buying a vehicle. I buy fresh trades from larger dealerships and sell them directly to the public. Each vehicle I sell is road tested before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of the overal condition of each vehicle. Please keep in mind as you read this that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate a full service dealership. This is the only way I sell cars. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions or bidding. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is one of the most well built vehicles of modern times. The Volvo 850 is designed and executed with uncompromising quality. With proper service, there is literally no life expectancy to one of these cars. I've seen them well over 500k and still running on the original engine/trans. I would rate the exterior condition of this 850 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The most obvious thing you should notice is that the hood is a different shade of green compared to the rest of the vehicle. When I acquired this vehicle, the hood was damaged and would not latch properly. I don't normally mess with vehicles but I didn't want the hood to fly up on someone so I found a used one...which is what you see on it now. It latches properly. A body shop could paint it for $100-200 if you want it to match. Otherwise, the body is in decent shape for an older vehicle. Aside from normal scuffs and scratches one should expect to find on an older vehicle, there is no apparent damage. There is a very small rust spot behind the passengers side rear door. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The optional alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in average rubber all around. Overall, she still looks decent for her age.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are all clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age, too. The drivers seat shows some normal bolster wear but the leather is in decent shape overall. The headliner is clean. The trunk is spacious and clean. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof appear to be working properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold. The original owners manual is included in the glove box. Both front seats are heated, too.
Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It does sound like the starter is beginning to act up and may need replaced in the near future. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this car with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises with no complaints. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip. Gear changes are smooth through the rare manual transmission. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. An 850 with a manual transmission is one of the most simple vehicles around. Like I said, there is literally no life expectancy to this engine with proper service. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
