Up for auction is a Very Beautiful 1992 SSP Mustang EX-Hermosa BCH Police Dept Unmarked Unit that was assigned to there Lieutenant. The Mustang is 1 of 2 ordered by them, this one is the unmarked unit and the other was a Black and White unit. This unit was assigned to there Lieutenant and its intended purpose was used for Minor Patrol Use to Cruse the Beach, Special Event & Parade Use, and some of there D.A.R.E. Program use. The car only has 77,959 Original miles and is in excellent condition for its age, and was very well taken care of by the Lieutenant, almost as if was one of his one personal cars. The car dose not show any signs of being abused or thrashed like mostly all the Highway Patrol cars out there. The car was unmarked unit and appears to have the original paint and dose not look like it was ever repainted. The body is very straight and all the Vin Tags and Buck Tags are in place, the paint is in excellent condition and still shines very well. The interior is in amazing original condition, no rips or tears, the seats Do Not show any signs of any wear at all, like i said its as if the the car was treated as if it was his own. The car is equipped the SSP Package which has the 160 Certified Speedo, Cruise Control Delete, Manual Windows, Engine Oil Cooler, Transmission Cooler, Reinforced Floor Pans, Heavy Duty Suspension, Reinforced Seat Backs, Trunk Release Button mounted near the dash, Unique 1 Key Lock Set, Full Size Spare, Heavy Duty Fan Clutch, Multiple Ground Straps. Most of the equipment is still on the car, like the original Wig Wag Flasher, CB Radio Speaker the was mounted under the drivers seat, the bracket for the loud speaker is still in the right front fender well, the wiring/relays are there and the low key antenna is still mounted behind the glove box. The Car Runs and Drives Excellent, the A/C blows Ice Cold and the Heater work great. I just had the Rack & Pinion replaced, and put new inner and outer Tie Rods, has new Sway Bar Mounts Bushings and Sway Bar End Links, and the car was just Aligned so it handles like it was supposed to. All The Breaks Have Also Been Gone Through With New Ford Pads And Shoes And Rotors Have Been Resurfaced. The unibody, Floor Pans, Rocker Rails and Torque Boxes are all perfectly straight. The front fender aprons and radiator core support are also perfectly straight so the car was never in to an accident or abused. New owner will have his choice of getting the car with the original aluminum 10 hole wheels or the powder coated black 10 hole wheels that i had bead blasted and powder coated black to give the car the true SSP look.
