Each vehicle I sell is thoroughly road tested before being offered for sale so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am basically a wholesaler, not a mechanic. Every vehicle I sell is represented accurately to the best of my ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and examine each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2001 Mazda 626 LX. The Mazda 626 is a great vehicle that is overshadowed by the popular Camry and Accord. I would rate the exterior condition of this Mazda as ROUGH for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, there is damage to the front of this vehicle...which is a shame because the rest of it is actually in great condition for the miles. The front bumper took a hit but is still in place and functional...just not pretty. The grille is missing and the hood shows numerous dents but does latch securely. Otherwise, this is actually a great looking 626. The paint shines well and shows no other damage. The drivers door opens and closes with more effort than usual because the door rubs the fender just enough to touch each other. The tires look good all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This Mazda has newer (2/2013) PA safety and emissions inspections. You could drive it as it is and have a cheap car or buy a hood/grille/bumper and have a pretty car...it's your call. I would rate the interior of this Mazda 626 to be BELOW AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are all clean and tight. The carpet shows some wear and stains from age but will probably clean up pretty well. The seats show a few stains but are in great shape and show no wear or holes. The seats should also clean up well with minimal effort. This Mazda is equipped with power windows, locks and mirrors...all working properly. The stereo has been upgraded to a CD player which sounds good. The climate control is working but a plastic mounting tab has broken so the control panel moves about behind the dash. The air conditioner is inoperable and will need serviced to work properly again. The original owners books are included with the vehicle. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Mazda appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I drove this 626 around for a day and it is not too bad considering the miles. The bushings feel a little thin up front which you can feel when you go over bumps. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes feel great. The engine keeps a steady temperature and there were no warning lights on. The clutch does not slip or chatter but does feel like it needs bled. It is sometimes difficult to get into gear. Out on the road, she drives pretty smooth with no major complaints. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. I would rate the interior of this Mazda 626 to be BELOW AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are all clean and tight. The carpet shows some wear and stains from age but will probably clean up pretty well. The seats show a few stains but are in great shape and show no wear or holes. The seats should also clean up well with minimal effort. This Mazda is equipped with power windows, locks and mirrors...all working properly. The stereo has been upgraded to a CD player which sounds good. The climate control is working but a plastic mounting tab has broken so the control panel moves about behind the dash. The air conditioner is inoperable and will need serviced to work properly again. The original owners books are included with the vehicle. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Mazda appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I drove this 626 around for a day and it is not too bad considering the miles. The bushings feel a little thin up front which you can feel when you go over bumps. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes feel great. The engine keeps a steady temperature and there were no warning lights on. The clutch does not slip or chatter but does feel like it needs bled. It is sometimes difficult to get into gear. Out on the road, she drives pretty smooth with no major complaints. Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
