I am the original owner of this great 2003 Honda Insight. For the first five years I owned this car I regularly got over 70 mpg during late spring, all summer, and into the fall - - - that means over 700 miles per tank of gas! I have replaced the battery pack once. The current battery pack is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced - - - which is why I am selling it. The tires are all-season tires with some life left in them. I still get about 60 mpg even without the benefit of the battery pack. The body is in good condition with almost no blemishes or dings. The interior is in good shape - - - everything works well - - - the car is neat and clean - - - there has never been any smoking in the car. In recent years, the transmission has developed a problem shifting DOWN into 2nd gear. The brakes work well - - - but are in need of some adjustment which I have put off as I have been getting ready to sell the car. The car is for sale at my location in Middlebury, Vermont - - - any shipping cost to the buyer's location is the responsibility of the buyer.
