Look no further!!! Here is more car then you can handle. You are looking at a 1969 MG Midget fully complete with chrome bumpers and interior wise in terrific condition. The story goes this MG Midget went through a pain staking restoration in the mid 80's. This can be seen by the scrolling 80's pinstriping motif and the stitching on the seats. The vehicle at this time had a conversion 63' Buick V6 3.2 litre, 198 cubic inch engine placed in it with a standard 3 speed transmission with overdrive. It also was painted a canary yellow and a hood scoop was added to handle the larger carb and K and N air filter. The interior was also all re-done with all switches placed under the front dash. The seats were custom and added at this time as well. Since I purchased the vehicle I have done about 1,500.00-2,000 dollars worth of work including adding a custom front end suspension which was dialed in to account for the larger engine and engine components. Brake adjustments were made and a new throttle body system was added. I also had a new K and N filter replaced. The tool used to remove the knock of wheels was lost so one was purchased from England were they are still produced. I have all documentation and paper work for the work I had done in the last month, which I can show upon payment of the vehicle. The wheels are new and so are the tires. This car gets alot of looks, and it should, considering the charm it has!!!! Going 55 in this car feels like you are going well over a 100!!! This car flys and has more power then one would ever need. Now to get down to the brass tacks!!! I am selling this car because I will be moving out of the area and have no place to store it. Its a terrific car and needs a loving home. It runs amazingly, but it is older and it is a work in progress to make it perfect. The only issues that I have with the vehicle is the r.p.m gas gauge, and speedometer do not work. I believe it is a fuse issue but not sure. The only other issue with the car is it does have a bit soft brakes I believe the do need to get bled. Other then that this vehicle is an absolute blast to drive and I will tell you it has probably been the single most favorite car I have ever owned. I will be sad to let it go!
