you are bidding on a used 1963 convertible spitfire. this car has some rust it does need work, to get it driving. the brake system needs to be gone through, the clutch system needs to be gone through, but the engine does start and run. the ignition system is a modern pertronix set up, the exhaust needs to be done, I have a brand new set of 13 inch tires which have never been mounted and are only 2 maybe 3 months old, the car does have a hardtop but no back glass, i do not have the convertible soft top frame, the car was last inspected in new york state in 2001, it comes with both seats, and some interior trim items but no carpets, the transmission cover is missing but I do have the cast aluminum frame that holds that and the center console in place, what you see in the pics is what you get, there is no warranty or gaurantee whatsoever. I have no idea what or how well the rear axle works, but the front suspension looks to be in good shape, it needs alot of rubber parts, door seals, gas lines that sort of thing, if you have any other questions, please email me. thank you and happy bidding.
