Each vehicle I sell is road tested before it is offered for sale so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor a full service dealership. Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions or bidding. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. There are plenty of former police vehicles available. It is important to know where a vehicle comes from if you are considering one of these. The Police Interceptors I sell come DIRECTLY out of service from the State of PA. They have been State owned and maintained since new, which is very important. This specific Interceptor was operated by the Dept. of Fish and Game and was used by a conservation officer, hence the low miles as compared to a highway patrol unit. I would rate the exterior condition of this Crown Victoria to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a retired service vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking car. I am pretty picky with the Interceptors I buy. Usually, as is the case with this unit, the worst physical attribute is some cosmet flaws when the vehicle is decommissioned. You can see some scrape marks where the State vynil was removed on the door. Otherwise, there is no physical damage to this unit. The paint shows well from every angle. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The spotlight is still intact and functional. The wheels are wrapped in the proper Goodyear RSA tires which show average tread. Overall, this is a low mile Interceptor that has probably not been subjected to the rigors of actual police use. I would rate the interior of this Police Interceptor to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. Being a Fish and Game vehicle, it has the rare tan interior which sets it apart from most of the Interceptors out there. The door panels are clean and tight. The floors are vynil so they clean easily. The seats are in good condition and show no unusual signs of wear. The headliner is clean and tight. This unit still has the safety cage divider in place. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be working properly. The original stereo sounds great. The climate control system appears to be in good working order. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Crown Victoria appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L SOHC engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Out on the road, this car drives just like you would expect it to. The heavy duty suspension is nice and tight all around. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this full sized vehicle with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and strait with no complaints. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure. There were no warning lights on. This vehicle has no known mechanical issues. If you're looking for an Interceptor with low miles and saw light use, here is your car. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. There are plenty of former police vehicles available. It is important to know where a vehicle comes from if you are considering one of these. The Police Interceptors I sell come DIRECTLY out of service from the State of PA. They have been State owned and maintained since new, which is very important. This specific Interceptor was operated by the Dept. of Fish and Game and was used by a conservation officer, hence the low miles as compared to a highway patrol unit. I would rate the exterior condition of this Crown Victoria to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a retired service vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking car. I am pretty picky with the Interceptors I buy. Usually, as is the case with this unit, the worst physical attribute is some cosmet flaws when the vehicle is decommissioned. You can see some scrape marks where the State vynil was removed on the door. Otherwise, there is no physical damage to this unit. The paint shows well from every angle. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The spotlight is still intact and functional. The wheels are wrapped in the proper Goodyear RSA tires which show average tread. Overall, this is a low mile Interceptor that has probably not been subjected to the rigors of actual police use.
I would rate the interior of this Police Interceptor to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. Being a Fish and Game vehicle, it has the rare tan interior which sets it apart from most of the Interceptors out there. The door panels are clean and tight. The floors are vynil so they clean easily. The seats are in good condition and show no unusual signs of wear. The headliner is clean and tight. This unit still has the safety cage divider in place. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be working properly. The original stereo sounds great. The climate control system appears to be in good working order. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Crown Victoria appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L SOHC engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Out on the road, this car drives just like you would expect it to. The heavy duty suspension is nice and tight all around. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this full sized vehicle with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and strait with no complaints. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure. There were no warning lights on. This vehicle has no known mechanical issues. If you're looking for an Interceptor with low miles and saw light use, here is your car. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
