Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This car is a very nicely restored 1971 Plymouth Barracuda. This is the car you want to drive and have fun in. It turns heads everywhere it goes. Be prepared for a lot of thumbs up as you drive down the street. The car was restored 2 years ago and only has 850 miles on the restoration. I bought this from the guy that restored it and have put on about 350 miles myself. The car has been garaged since restoration and I have babied it the whole time I have owned it. The car is an original BH 318 car which now has a stroked 440. The engine is a stroked 440. It was bored .40 over and is now 472 cubic inches. It has a new CNC billet steel stroker crank, and new H beam connecting rods. It has Aluminum Edelbrock heads with roller rockers and an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. The cam is an Edelbrock #2192- (0.420 Int./0.442 Exh. Int. 204 Exh. 214). Brand new fuel lines feed the 750 Mighty Demon. Both the carb and ignition systems were built by FBO. The car is fast and has plenty of torque and it would be easy to make it even faster by simply throwing on a set of headers and maybe even change out the cam if you so desire. Feeding the power to the 8 ¾ 3.23 rear is brand new TCI Streetfighter transmission with a dynamic torque converter (original owner said 2800 stall). The power steering has new gears and the car has disk brakes on all four corners with new brake lines! The car had factory A/C so it would be easy to add if you buy the parts. The black interior is beautiful with ALL new interior seats (seat foam & skins), door panels, carpet, floor mats, head liner, weather stripping, a very nicely done black vinyl top, and sound suppressing mats under the carpet and in the trunk. A full set of Autometer gauges fit perfectly in the stock dash so the dash was not cut up to install them. The car has a Pioneer stereo, 4x6 speakers in doors, 6x9 boxed speakers in rear , 2 10'' subs in trunk all powered by a 5 channel amp putting out 50w x4 to the speakers and 300w x 1 to the subs. The body is in excellent condition. It is very straight. The windshield is in great condition. The other glass appears to me to be original as such it is not perfect with some scratches and pitting .
