1958 BMW ISETTA 300 "BUBBLE CAR" This car will draw more attention than a Million Dollar Ferrari and if your a single guy... It's the ultimate chick magnet!! People just gravitate towards this car. If I charged a dollar for everytime someone wanted their picture taken next to it I'd be RICH!! I bought this car last year because I had always wanted one and at the time I had a few other micro cars, I looked for a long time to find a clean road worthly car and after about a year looking at a bunch of junk I finally found my car. This car is clean through out and retains most of its original interior with exception of the seat being recovered from what I can tell, and also still has the spare tire behind the seat which also looks original. The body is clean and solid, underside is also solid it is original so it has your typical surface scale but with a good power wash it would clean right up also the battery box has been replaced typical of 99% of the Isetta's out there, Paint shows good for a driver car/local car show type car (not perfect but nice and very presentable) It is Metallic blue with White and a Black sliding top. All glass is good shape and free of any cracks, sliding side windows work great, It has new bumpers front and rear along with new hubcaps. Engine is an original 298cc single cylinder, 4 stroke, 13hp engine (NO MIXING GAS AND OIL) backed by a 4 speed transmission. The engine runs great has a newer exhaust and was just tuned up last week with a new spark plug, coil, condenser. Transmission shifts fine and clutch works great, car drives down the road great. Headlights, Brake lights and turn signals all work fine, bascially all you have to do is jump in it and go... It has a fresh tank of gas (which should last all summer.. lol) Over all this is a fun car to take out to the shows, drive around the neighborhood etc.. you won't find one that compares for the money guaranteed as I looked for along time to find this car, its not perfect but Im not wanting $35k either. Full payment do within 3 days after auction unless we work something out prior to the auction close.. Please make sure you have your funds in order before you bid and if you need permission please get that before you bid too.. I don't want any excuse's after the auction is over. Clear transferable title will be given after funds clear my bank account, car will not be released until finds have cleared my account.. Im more than happy to show the car before the auction ends but after the auction ends you own it. Im also willing to help arrange shipping if needed at your expense and will also help assist over sea's buyers. I also have buyers reference's available if you are unable to see the car before you buy it.
