For Sale: TWO (2) 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente convertibles. The white one is for parts and the blue one is able to be restored. I had intensions of restoring it myself but just don't have time. The white one has the title, grill in good shape, several pieces to use, 3 speed transmission and rear end but no motor. The blue one has automatic transmission, power steering, 302 with 2 barrell carburetor but I purchased a Weiand aluminum 4 barrell intake and a Holly 4 barrell carburetor. Also have chrome valve covers to go with it. It has some through rust in the trunk, and floor boards have some rust places in them but overall it is a fairly sound car. The car was running when I purchased it but I have not cranked it since. The motor WILL turn over. The convertible top mechanically works but does need a new canvas. I do not have title for the blue one but I do have bill of sale, but do have one for the white one. I have purchased several new parts. Heater core, brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders for all wheels, new steel brake line. I think I have all chrome for the car. If you would like to ask any questions please email me.
