Clean good running 1987 Mustang GT 5 Speed that looks good from 20 feet, otherwise some cosmetics needed on paint. Very clean interior. I have owned this car for about 9 years and it is time to move on. In that time period I put about 7000 miles on the car. The color of the car is medium cabernet red on red interior. Build date is February 1987. Good: Very good running original 5.0 302 V8 motor Interior very clean Underneath is amazingly clean and rust free for a 25 year old car Oil changed every year about 500-1000 miles with fully synthetic Transmission fluid changed with fully synthetic Spark plugs recently changed, wires are good Brakes pads and shoes are good Water pump changed when car was bought 180 degree thermostat changed last year Saleen rear wing LX Tailights T-5 Transmission from a 1991 Mustang GT- heavy duty and better made than original 2 sets of rims and tires, Pony wheels need tires but the other rims have 90% thread remaining - see older picture of car (last picture) Hurst Short shifter Sounds great- off road BBK H-Pipe with dual Flowmaster American thunder mufflers- sounds mean like a Mustang should Aftermarket radio and JBL Speakers - have original radio if needed Autogauge mechanical center gauges (oil pressure, water temperature, volts) - have original vent if needed Performance underdrive pulleys Walbro 155lph fuel pump changed about 3 years ago Lowered on BBK lowering springs New rear shocks - KYB non adjustable K&N drop in filter and resonator removed Timing is advanced (must use premium gas) Comes with - brand new aftermarket oem style headlights, Bad: Paint needs touch up in areas, some flaking on front bumper which could use a repaint but overall car paint still shines nice Someone painted an area of red on dash ( I never tried to remove it) Trunk hatch has some bubbling in areas Heater does not work- heater core needs to be changed ( never driven in cold or winter) Passenger door has marks by the lock Sold as is- look at pictures for details- more photos available upon request.
