Each vehicle I sell is road tested before it is offered for sale so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic and I do not operate a full service retail facility. This is your chance to grab a vehicle "as-traded" before it hits the retail market. Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and check out each of the photos closely before asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2003 Ford Expedition XLT fresh out of service from the Pennsylvania Game Commission. The State of PA has owned this vehicle since brand new according to the title. I would rate the exterior condition of this Expedition to be in POOR CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Please keep in mind that this was used in regular service by the State Game Commission. The exterior is covered in scratches. I did take a bit of compound to a small area and they do buff out. With a little elbow grease and a weekend, you could probably have a decent looking Expedition. Another obvious flaw to the exterior is the tail gate which has sustained a significant dent and should be replaced. It does open and close properly. All of the glass and lenses apear to be intact. The tires on the factory wheels show average tread. The tire on the spare is worn. There is also road rash on the lower trim from rocks, ect. I would rate the interior condition of this Expedition to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and miles of this vehicle. Keep in mind that this is a service package vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The floors are rubber and clean easily. The headliner is in good condition. The seats show well throughout the interior. The stereo is the original Ford CD system which sounds good. The factory climate control system appears to work. The air conditioner blows ice cold. Two sets of keys/remotes are included as are the original owners manuals. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to work properly. Mechanically, this Expedition is in BELOW AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The 5.4L Triton engine starts easily and shows no leaks and does not smoke. It sometimes runs smoothly and sometimes has an obvious misfire. It is not throwing a check engine light yet so I can't tell which cylinder is misfiring. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure. There is an ABS light that stays on. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels tight. The brakes stop this full sized SUV with no issues. Out on the highway, there is a noticable wobble in the wheel at highway speeds. I've felt worse...but it should be corrected. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working. With a little work, you can have yourself a nice Expedition. Again, it was owned...operated and serviced by the Pennsylvania State Game Commission since new. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. It sometimes runs smoothly and sometimes has an obvious misfire. It is not throwing a check engine light yet so I can't tell which cylinder is misfiring. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure. There is an ABS light that stays on. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels tight. The brakes stop this full sized SUV with no issues. Out on the highway, there is a noticable wobble in the wheel at highway speeds. I've felt worse...but it should be corrected. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working. With a little work, you can have yourself a nice Expedition. Again, it was owned...operated and serviced by the Pennsylvania State Game Commission since new. It has been used and it shows lke any vehicle whose service life is spent around trees. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
