Each vehicle I sell is road tested before it is offered for sale so I can tell you how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic or full service retail dealership. Every vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This is an unmarked unit, probably an officers car. This Crown Victoria was owned and maintained by the Pennsylvania State Police since new and was just retired from service. I would rate the exterior condition of this Crown Victoria to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a vehicle of this age and mileage. Please be aware that you are buying a retired State Police vehicle. The exterior of this vehicle shows well for its age but does show wear from use. There are a few large rock chips on the hood. There are multible scratches on the one corner of the roof, most likely from a clip board. There is a spot of paint missing on the trunk lid about the size of a quarter. There are also some signs of rash down at the bottom of the wheel arches. All of this is typical wear for a service vehicle. This is one of the nicer P71's I've seen in a while. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This unit has full wheel covers. There are no holes in the trunk and just one at the very back of the roof that has been properly plugged. The tires show to be nearly new. Please check out all of the photos. This is a pretty nice Interceptor compared to most. I am very picky when it comes to buying these vehicles. I would rate the interior of this Crown Victoria to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. One look at the interior and it is obvious that this wasn't a patrol unit. The door panels are clean and tight. The floors are clean. This is a FULL CLOTH INTERIOR vehicle and the seats show well throughout the interior. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The factory radio is still present and working properly. The climate control system is working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too. Overall, this interior of this unit is very clean and well kept. Mechanically, this Crown Victoria appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L SOHC V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks coming from the engine and it does not smoke. This vehicle comes with no known defects. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure at all times. There were no warning lights on. It makes great power and drives as it should. The heavy duty suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this full sized car with no problems. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and strait with no complaints. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The Police Interceptor is probably one of the best built vehicles available. When properly maintained, this power train is good for a half million miles. They are specifically designed to hold up to hard use. Everything about these cars is purpose built for punishment. The heavy suspension, skid plates, oil and transmission coolers, special thermostats...all specifically made to be used hard and not break. These cars are great. In addition to all of that, you can realistically expect to get mid 20's on the highway. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. By the way, if you're looking at one of these, be sure to know where the car originally came from. Small town cars are typically cared for by local garages. State owned cars are serviced and maintained in house by the state by mechanics who do nothing but service this specific car. This is very important. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This is an unmarked unit, probably an officers car. This Crown Victoria was owned and maintained by the Pennsylvania State Police since new and was just retired from service. I would rate the exterior condition of this Crown Victoria to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a vehicle of this age and mileage. Please be aware that you are buying a retired State Police vehicle. The exterior of this vehicle shows well for its age but does show wear from use. There are a few large rock chips on the hood. There are multible scratches on the one corner of the roof, most likely from a clip board. There is a spot of paint missing on the trunk lid about the size of a quarter. There are also some signs of rash down at the bottom of the wheel arches. All of this is typical wear for a service vehicle. This is one of the nicer P71's I've seen in a while. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This unit has full wheel covers. There are no holes in the trunk and just one at the very back of the roof that has been properly plugged. The tires show to be nearly new. Please check out all of the photos. This is a pretty nice Interceptor compared to most. I am very picky when it comes to buying these vehicles.
I would rate the interior of this Crown Victoria to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. One look at the interior and it is obvious that this wasn't a patrol unit. The door panels are clean and tight. The floors are clean. This is a FULL CLOTH INTERIOR vehicle and the seats show well throughout the interior. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The factory radio is still present and working properly. The climate control system is working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too. Overall, this interior of this unit is very clean and well kept.
Mechanically, this Crown Victoria appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L SOHC V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks coming from the engine and it does not smoke. This vehicle comes with no known defects. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure at all times. There were no warning lights on. It makes great power and drives as it should. The heavy duty suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this full sized car with no problems. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and strait with no complaints. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The Police Interceptor is probably one of the best built vehicles available. When properly maintained, this power train is good for a half million miles. They are specifically designed to hold up to hard use. Everything about these cars is purpose built for punishment. The heavy suspension, skid plates, oil and transmission coolers, special thermostats...all specifically made to be used hard and not break. These cars are great. In addition to all of that, you can realistically expect to get mid 20's on the highway. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. By the way, if you're looking at one of these, be sure to know where the car originally came from. Small town cars are typically cared for by local garages. State owned cars are serviced and maintained in house by the state by mechanics who do nothing but service this specific car. This is very important.

Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
