As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2007 Acura TL Type-S Automatic has no major interior/exterior damage. It was sold as a theft recovered vehicle by the insurance company. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. Many times such cars are stolen and taken for a joy ride and later recovered. No parts are missing and Overall exterior/interior in great condition as seen in the pics. There are some light scratches and one or two dings but nothing major (see pics). Right rear side of bumper has a noticeable scrape and the dings on the right quarter are the most noticeable ones (see pics). Overall, the car shows great and paint still shines excellent. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES
We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.
We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local motor vehicle center for the exact procedures and rules/regulations.
