First year of the Harley F-150's, and the only year available with the pouplar flareside bed. Suicide rear doors on both sides, and a 60/40 rear leather bench that folds up to give you tons of storage inside. The 01, 02, and 03 models had rear buckets and a center console, meaning you could only seat four, not five like this model. Has all the comfort options: ice cold A/C, cruise, power windows, power drivers seat, keyless entry, tinted windows, Sony MP3 CD player with remote control and Aux Input jack on the front, even has a USB fitting in the glove box for direct hookup of your Ipod. The paint is not original, but is about a year old and is a good paint job, over 1.5 gallons of clear coat on it and it shines beautifully. There is a 7mm rubber cargo mat in the bed which cuts down on sliding cargo and bed damage. Sliding rear window, and Harley embroidered floor mats. Leather is in very good shape throughout, and the front seats are factory embossed with the Harley logo. Harley logo is also on the center console, dash cluster, as well as both front fenders and the tail gate. Runs great, starts every time and idles very smooth. I have 2 keys, 2 keyless entry fobs, and the owners manual. The factory 20" chrome Harley wheels are all in good shape, with plenty of tread remaining on the Goodyear tires. That having been said, it IS a 12 year old truck, and there are a very few negatives to mention: The power door lock actuators are shot. The remote sets the alarm and the lock buttons try to move when you hit the remote but just aren't strong enough any more. Also, the plastic chrome finish on the interior door handles is wearing off (see pic). Now the plus...I have already purchased both door lock actuators ($90 ea from FORD) as well as two new black finish door handles. I have not gotten around to pulling the doors apart, I had been planning on waiting til I upgraded the door speakers to have it all done at once. Two minor electrical issues: The circuit that powers the Overdrive disable button and the automatic headlamps keeps blowing the fuse. Not sure why, but I never really needed those two options that badly so I didnt spend much time trying to figure it out. Also the airbag light in the lower right corner of the dash cluster is on. I don't know if that means there is an issue with the airbags or not, but they have never been deployed. The only mechanical issue is the flywheel has a very slight bend to it, but it only makes a slight chatter against the starter gear when starting the engine or getting on it pretty good through the higher RPM's. Has absolutely NO ISSUE with how the truck runs at all. Overall, the truck is in very good shape. Mechanically as well as appearance it is definitely worth a "good" condition in the Kelly Blue Book values. Please email or call if you'd like to come see it and take it for a spin.
