Engine is in great shape, it starts right up and sounds perfect while idling and driving. The transmission shifts smoothly, no slipping. To me, those are the most important aspects of the car. The engine and transmission are the heart of the vehicle; if they're good to go, anything else that comes up will be minor. By the way this is a V6 engine and it is quite powerful when you punch the accelerator! Though it's old, this is a LUXURY car. The upholstery is leather and quite comfortable. The power functions inside all work such as locks, windows, radio, CD player, automatic climate control, etc. As well as my personal favorite - the power sun roof. This thing has a couple different ways you can open it (you can tilt the back of the pane up, or slide it all the way back and ride with your hands up like it's a roller coaster) but I prefer to just slide it all the way back and enjoy the fresh air while I drive. I actually prefer this to opening the windows because you don't get the wind right in your face. In the interest of honesty I will tell you right up front the car has the following issues: various dings, scrapes and imperfections in the body (some not visible in pics) with the main issue there being the dent in the quarter panel (and by the way the door shuts flush, the body post is not bent). The leather is in good shape for a car this age but you can see in the pics there is a spot where the driver's seat is worn through. The maintenance and check engine lights are on but since there is no apparent problem with the engine it's probably a bad sensor (but I don't know). It does leak oil and has to be fed occasionally. With the oil constantly turning over it hasn't been necessary to take it to a service place for an oil change - thus the maintenance light is on because it has to be reset by a mechanic. The car books at about $3,500 as is so that's my asking price but I will accept best offers. The $250 deposit must be paid within 24 hours and is NONREFUNDABLE. This is so you don't waste my time. Overall, it's a car that runs for a low price. It's an ideal 1st car for a teen or college kid who just need a cheap and dependable ride - but with the perks of a luxury car. Title is free and clear.
