Here we have another great low reserve auction from C&J Auto. Up for your bidding consideration, we have this beautiful Ford F350 4x4 Diesel. It is one of the Nicest, Cleanest, Straightest ones I have seen in quite a long time! The body is rust free and there are no significant dents that I noticed. The pictures show the truck pretty dirty, but it cleans up real nice. The only paint imperfections are on the hood and the roof where the paint is sun faded. There are no odors of any kind inside. The seats are NOT worn or torn up like most I see. The carpet has been protected by floor mats. The entire vehicle shows pride of ownership inside and out and it's very obvious it has been well maintained. The engine starts up immediately on the 1st glow plug cycle. No significant drips, unusual noises, squeels, excessive smoke, ect...! There are NO check engine, or service anything lights on the dash. The rear brakes have been converted to Discs from drum. The truck stops excellent without issue. There is a nice trailer brake controller under the dash. The underside is as dry and RUST FREE as you will EVER see. There are a set of inflatable rear air bags for the rear suspension. The 7.3 IDI is a great Diesel engine for economy driving as they are far cheaper to service than the Powerstrokes. The injectors and glow plugs are NOT hidden under the valve covers and the pumps are mechanical injection instead of computer controlled. They may not have the power like the Powerstrokes, but they are known for their reliability. This is the one I would keep if you're looking for a NICE example. It has dual fuel tanks and both of them operate correctly. Interior wise, both of the power windows go up and down. Radio works, Horn works, lights all work, heater works, 4x4 High and low works, 5 speed transmission rows smoothly through all the gears, Clutch releases and grips tight, smoothly, no chatter, etc.... Everything seems to work. As beautiful as this F350 is, it isn't brand new, and it isn't showroom perfect. It's pretty darn close though. I can tell you you would be hard pressed to find one nicer, (especially at this price). I tried to capture the hood paint in a photo, but it may not show up well. Overall, It's in extremely nice shape. Since I am only human, there's a chance I've missed some small stuff. There are many different companies that specialize in doing nothing but that. They generally charge between $100-$175 and THAT may truly be a bargain to give you piece of mind and any additional info you may need. The vehicle will be made available for inspection by appointment. If you decide to forego the inspection, there really is no reason you should be unhappy about anything after the auction has ended. Most of our vehicles are generally purchased at dealer only auctions for the sole purpose of resale. We sell these vehicles FAR below any dealer retail prices. This gives you room for any additional repairs that you see fit. They have not undergone ANY type of inspections/ or specific tests for ANYTHING. This includes emmissions and safety inspections. We cannot guarantee compliance of the vehicle for your state, because every state has different requirements as far as safety and emissions inspections are concerned. The State of Colorado, along with many other states, automatically exempt the recorded mileage on the title for any vehicle over ten years old, and over 100,000 miles. Therefore, on these vehicles, the titles will simply be "exempted miles" and have a "0" indicated for odometer reading. That does not mean the mileage is unknown, or that it has been tampered with, it simply means they (The State), are no longer keeping track of the mileage. We also occasionally need to title these vehicles in our business' name if they are from out of state and do not have room for any further reassignments.
