1986.5 PORSCHE 928S I bought this car three years ago with 95,700 miles on the non working odometer which still doesn't work. I can't honestly say how many miles are on the car. I've probably put about 18,000 miles on the car since I bought it. It runs strong but recently began an intermittent engine cut out which comes right back on again like a switch thrown off then on again, no idea what it is. The transmision shifts ok, doesn't slip but feels loose. Suspension feels good. Steering has a little play and there is a leak somewhere in the system. Brakes work good. Cruise control doesn't work. Lights all work except for left low beam, and stop light warning comes on even though the brake lights work, AC works good. Sunroof doesn't work. There is some corrosion, dents on right rear, swipe on left front and most of front air dam missing, see photos. Paint is faded, it needs a paint job. Wheels are straight, tires are done. No radio. This cars is probably not worth restoring, but could continue as a driver with some work, or someone might want it for parts. I have a local offer of $1500 so I'm going to make the starting price $1600 no reserve. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY.
