When the vehicle arrived it had damage to the drivers rear corner along with various dents and scratches throughout the vehicle. There was some rear suspension damage that we repaired, it involved replacing 2 lower control arms, and the sway bar links. The right rear wheel is still out of alignment, we found that the upper control arm is bent and will need to be replaced for proper wheel position. There was no damage to the engine, transmission or suspension. The curtain airbags are deployed along with both front seat belts and need replacement. The windshield is not cracked. This Forester runs and lot drives great in its current condition. The only warning light illuminated on the speedometer is the airbag light. It can be transferred to any buyer in any state or country. The buyer can obtain a salvage inspection in his state, which then allows the vehicle to be licensed for road use.Buyers enjoy huge savings on rebuilt and salvage titled vehicles. If you plan on driving this vehicle a long time, not immediately reselling it, you will certainly save many thousand of dollars over a clear title vehicle. Please remember you drive the vehicle, NOT THE TITLE. I recently heard a Car-Fax commercial stating the amount of salvage vehicle on the road has doubled.
