1937 Plymouth P4 2 door Business Coupe Street Rod. All steel body (no fiberglass, not a kit) rare MOPAR Model. Body is all original, not chopped or cut with Factory low roofline. restored 20 years ago, needs to be done again (repainted and some bodywork). Runs and drives ok. Fatman Fabrications Independent Front Suspension (IFS) with Mustang II spindles and disk brakes. Engine is a 350 Chevrolet GM crate motor with Edelbrock RPM Intake, Cam, and Carburetor. Transmission is a Chevrolet GM 350TH automatic with shift kit. GM 10 Bolt Rear end with 273 gears (easily cruises at highway speeds). Interior is classic gray velour diamond tuck seat (two seats, split back folding bench) and door panels. Original dash with refitted gauges (has not been cut or modified) AM/FM/Cassette and six disk CD stereo is remotely operated sitting under the seat. Tilt GM steering column with tachometer mount on column. Extra large trunk, great for luggage or “moonshine”. Battery is remotely mounted in the trunk for a clean engine bay and an aluminum fuel tank (approximately 20 gallons) accessed through the trunk. Body is pretty solid, but has rust on bottom corner of trunk lid, paint is peeling and bubbling in a few spots. Chrome wheels with new tires. I have owned this vehicle for more than 25 years and have gotten a lot of enjoyment from it, but my interests have changed so it’s time to get something else. I am in the military and preparing to move.
