UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS SUPER-NICE 1987 SUZUKI SAMURAI JX 4X4, (offered by Rod's Auto Sales/Samurai Salvage. This reconditioned Samurai looks and drives like a new one. This Samurai has always been totally rust free!! This Samurai has a clean/clear title and has never been wrecked!! This is a totally rust-free California Samurai--it has a new, original color, professional paint job with original stripes. No rust in the wheel wells, floor boards or under the rocker panel covers!! This is a JX with factory tachometer, delayed wipers, heated rear glass, rear seat, full carpet set, factory moon roof, AM/FM after-market stereo, and a factory clock. It has a new 2 inch lift kit, that includes new premium shocks, plus heavy-duty stabilizer shock. New 235-75R15 Goodyear A/T tires with zero miles on them! Many of the 106,000 miles were accumulated while being towed behind a motor home and it has a tow bar mount and is wired, making it ready to tow behind your motor home! (A tow bar is available for purchase.) The engine and transmission have been rebuilt. It has a new clutch, new alternator, fresh tune-up and oil change. This Samurai also has newer brakes. Parking brake works well. This Samurai is in top condition and needs nothing. Our shop has performed the following updates: new transfer case shift lever bushing; new transmission shift lever locate bolt; new starter relay. It has a factory draw bar with optional ball mount (you can tow up to 500 pounds). 5 speed transmission and a 2-speed transfer case with lock-out hubs. Interior is in excellent condition, including headliner, door panels, carpet and dash. Front and rear seats are original and in excellent condition! You can fly into the Des Moines International Airport, ride in on a bus or a train, and we will pick you up so that you can drive this Samurai home!
