PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BIDDING! I WILL DESCRIBE EVERY ASPECT OF THE CAR, FLAWS AND ALL. I HAVE POSTED ALMOST 50 PICTURES THAT SHOW EVERY INCH OF THE CAR. 2000 BMW 528I M-SPORT. This car is an amazing car to drive. It handles like it is on rails and the inline 6 cylinder engine has tons of power. The transmission shifts so smooth that you can barely tell when it shifts. Mechanical: Mechanically this car is better than about 90% that we come across. Everything works exactly like it should. There are NO WARNING LIGHTS!! The car is completely dry underneath with no current lfluid leaks of any kind. All fluids look good and all services are up to date. The brake pads look new on the front and the rears have at least 50% remaining. The brakes stop without any noise or vibration. The engine is extremely quiet. The front end is very tight and the alignment is excellent. Overall this car just drives great. I cannot find anything that I can say that is currently needs in the mechanical department. Exterior: The exterior is in good condition overall. It is not perfect and the car has over 100k miles on it so there are the usual bumps and bruises that would be expected on a 12 year old car. The paint on the entire car is VERY shiny and clean. There are several small dings that I have tried to show in the pictures. The only major issue is on passenger side rear corner where there is a small dent and a crack in the rear bumper. I can have that issue repaired for about $200 if the buyer would like. The 17" BBS M-Sport wheels look great on the car. There is some light curb rash and some light pealing of the clear in a few spots on the wheels. The look great but if you get up close you can see the flaws. I have tried to capture this in the pictures of the wheels. The headlights are in good shape with pretty clear glass. The headlights are the HID Xenon lights and all they work like they should. While the outside of the car is not perfect it looks better that most of these cars that we see. Interior: The interior is in very good condition. There are a few areas that show light wear. The leather does not have any rips or tears but there is the normal light cracking that comes with age. The photos show the seats pretty well. The headliner is tightly adhered to the roof with no sagging. The car has the popular Homelink garage door opener option that works with rolling code garage doors. It also has the rain sensing windshield wipers which are really cool. The door panels are nice and are fully attached and not falling off on the top like most of these cars do. The right rear door panel has some scratching around the handle that can be seen in the pictures. All power windows work quickly like they should. AGAIN THERE ARE NO WARNING LIGHT ON THE DASH!! All of the pixels work on the MID radio as well as the dashboard and climate control. The climate control works like it should with the AC ice cold and the heat very hot. The full auto feature works beautifully. Overall: Overall this is a very nice example of a well cared for 5 series. It has all of the popular options that really make these cars what they are. The inline 6 has tons of power and still gets decent gas mileage. The car shows light wear but I would give it an 8 out of 10 overall condition. Most of these cars that you will look at have the dash lit up like a christmans tree and need a lot of work.
