My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. I buy fresh trades from larger dealerships and resell them directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of buying a vehicle. Each vehicle is thoroughly road tested before it is offered for sale so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am basically a wholesaler, not a mechanic. Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and examine each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very, very nice 2001 Audi Allroad with the desirable six speed manual transmission. The Allroad is based off of the popular A6 Avant and is equipped with special air suspension (which is terrible), specific body and interior trim as well as specific alloy wheels. The Allroad has a very distict look and is easy to spot in a crowd. I would rate the exterior condition of this Allroad to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. It's obvious that someone took great care of this vehicle. The silver finish shows extremely well with hardly a flaw to be found. All of the Allroad specific trim is intact and looks great. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The special alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. I would also rate the interior of this Allroad as EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, pride in ownership show throughout this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The headliner is clean and intact. The two tone leather seats also show as new. The wood vaneers show well and the chrome trim really makes the interior look good. The cup holders actually stay closed like they should. Both front seats are power operated. All four seats are heated. The stereo system is the original premium Audi Concert Sound which is amazing and works perfectly. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for both the driver and passenger. The climate control works perfectly and the air conditioner blows ice cold air. There are steering wheel controls for the audio. There is a retracting sun shade in the hatch which is in perfect condition. This Allroad comes complete with two remote keys and a full set of owners books. Of course, this Audi comes equipped with a full compliment of safety features. Dual airbags, head protection system and side airbags are just a few of the safety features found on this Audi. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in running and driving condition. The 2.7L twin turbocharged V6 shared with the S4 starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I didn't see any leaks. The oil is clean and there are no signs of sludge. Even the cam seals look dry! I have put in excess of 100 miles on this Audi personally and it drives great. As mentioned earlier, the terrible air suspension has been replaced with a $2,000 coil over system from 2Bennett (see www.2bennett.com) which is an Audi Performance Specialty company in California. The ride is great...cornering is nice and predictable. The suspension feels nice and tight all around. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes feel good, too. The clutch engages smoothly but WILL slip under full power. I had more than 50 miles on this car before I realized that the clutch slipped when I tried to down shift and pass someone on the highway. If you drive responsibly, it behaves find and should last another 6-12 mo. If you're hard on it, it will not last that long. She drives nice and strait down the highway without a single shake, noise or anything. This is absolutely the cleanest Allroad I've ever seen. The vehicle is being sold "as-is" with the slipping clutch disclosed and you are bidding on it "as-is" like every other vehicle I sell. However, a person in my position has access to things that some do not. At the option of the buyer, I can have a brand new original equipment clutch installed for around $1,000. This will be additional to the bid price and the option of the buyer to take the vehicle the way it is or have the clutch done. Having this done at " market shop labor rate" would cost roughly $2,000 for most people to go have done elsewhere. I am perfectly willing to extend my resources to help out my clients. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. I buy fresh trades from larger dealerships and resell them directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of buying a vehicle. Each vehicle is thoroughly road tested before it is offered for sale so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am basically a wholesaler, not a mechanic. Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and examine each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very, very nice 2001 Audi Allroad with the desirable six speed manual transmission. The Allroad is based off of the popular A6 Avant and is equipped with special air suspension (which is terrible), specific body and interior trim as well as specific alloy wheels. The Allroad has a very distict look and is easy to spot in a crowd. I would rate the exterior condition of this Allroad to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. It's obvious that someone took great care of this vehicle. The silver finish shows extremely well with hardly a flaw to be found. All of the Allroad specific trim is intact and looks great. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The special alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in nice rubber all around.
I would also rate the interior of this Allroad as EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, pride in ownership show throughout this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The headliner is clean and intact. The two tone leather seats also show as new. The wood vaneers show well and the chrome trim really makes the interior look good. The cup holders actually stay closed like they should. Both front seats are power operated. All four seats are heated. The stereo system is the original premium Audi Concert Sound which is amazing and works perfectly. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for both the driver and passenger. The climate control works perfectly and the air conditioner blows ice cold air. There are steering wheel controls for the audio. There is a retracting sun shade in the hatch which is in perfect condition. This Allroad comes complete with two remote keys and a full set of owners books. Of course, this Audi comes equipped with a full compliment of safety features. Dual airbags, head protection system and side airbags are just a few of the safety features found on this Audi. The cargo area is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in running and driving condition. The 2.7L twin turbocharged V6 shared with the S4 starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I didn't see any leaks. The oil is clean and there are no signs of sludge. Even the cam seals look dry! I have put in excess of 100 miles on this Audi personally and it drives great. As mentioned earlier, the terrible air suspension has been replaced with a $2,000 coil over system from 2Bennett (see www.2bennett.com) which is an Audi Performance Specialty company in California. The ride is great...cornering is nice and predictable. The suspension feels nice and tight all around. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes feel good, too. The clutch engages smoothly but WILL slip under full power. I had more than 50 miles on this car before I realized that the clutch slipped when I tried to down shift and pass someone on the highway. If you drive responsibly, it behaves find and should last another 6-12 mo. If you're hard on it, it will not last that long. She drives nice and strait down the highway without a single shake, noise or anything. This is absolutely the cleanest Allroad I've ever seen.
The vehicle is being sold "as-is" with the slipping clutch disclosed and you are bidding on it "as-is" like every other vehicle I sell. However, a person in my position has access to things that some do not. At the option of the buyer, I can have a brand new original equipment clutch installed for around $1,000. This will be additional to the bid price and the option of the buyer to take the vehicle the way it is or have the clutch done. Having this done at " market shop labor rate" would cost roughly $2,000 for most people to go have done elsewhere. I am perfectly willing to extend my resources to help out my clients. If the winning bidder chooses to have the clutch done, the auction amount will still need paid within the 7 days. The clutch may be paid for when it is done. Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
