Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a nice Ford 5 passenger club coupe. This is a no rust ever vehicle with no patch panels. This car came out of Iowa and was used only for town trips by it's former owner. Total of 51,000 miles. The car has been upgraded with a 300 H.P. brand new 350 chev. motor with two 4 barrels, headers, better ignition etc. It is brand new and has never been fired up. The transmission and torque converter are heavy duty. The rear end ratio is 3.08. If you thought you would like to get a car like this with all the tough stuff done, it may be for you. To this point it has been a ground up restoration with everything taken down to bare metal before refinishing. I tried to get a shot of the underside so you could see how nice it is. The Ford has TCI suspension front and back with dual leaf springs in the back. The work on this car was done by a Ford V8 club restorer turned streetrodder. H has cmpleted a number of Rods. You can see by the pictures the original interior needs help. The dash is real nice with great gauges, speedo, and clock. Below are just a few of the new items; Factory new 350 Chev.motor Rebuilt 350 transmission New tires Lots of new glass New windshield and rear window seats Lots of Bob Drake stainless trim TCI front end and rear suspensions Custom driveshaft Custom motor mounts All new complete brake system Eddlebrock intake with 2 four barrel carbs New headers New chrome water pump New 1 wire chrome alternator And on and on. I'll let you do the math. Anyway, this is a Great Car! Someone needs to take it to the next level. Email any and all questions and I will answer promptly and honestly. A deposit of $500 needs to go to my Paypal at the close of the auction. Full payment in 10 days. The car is in the Shenandoah Valley just off I-81.
