Originally a California car in storage for over 10 years, I purchased my Fiero about 14 years ago and have loved her ever since! I have done a lot to the car over the years. I had the engine professionally installed just under 20K miles (with a full engine kit). The clutch less than 2K, new radiator about 4 years ago, new catalytic convertor about 5, I purchased a new sunroof kit from the Fiero Store and had it professional installed, I changed the headlight motors three times..ok, it probably needs a fourth now. But as you can see, I've done alot mechanically and have most of the paper work. For the interior I purchased a headliner kit from the Fiero Store and had it professional covered with a black Rhino skin. It looks amazing! I have had several people comment on it alone! I also replaced the visors from the Fiero Store. I purchased and replaced the dash and the center console, so there are none of the typical Fiero cracks in the interior. I was planning on having her painted this spring until I discovered that the left, rear control arm pocket had rusted through and my wife said 'no more'! It is my preference that someone purchase the car that will continue to invest and drive her versus chopping it up for parts. It'd be a great car for someone young who is handy or has help from dad/ grand pa. The car is easily accessed in Northwest Indiana, however, due to the damage to the rear control arm pocket I would recommend that she be towed.
