I WILL DESCRIBE EVERY ASPECT OF THE CAR, FLAWS AND ALL. I HAVE POSTED ALMOST 50 PICTURES THAT SHOW EVERY INCH OF THE CAR. 2002 Honda Insight. These cars are super rare and are getting even harder to find. This one is pretty nice car. I have personally put about 400 miles on it and I have to say it is surprisingly fun to drive. I was expecting a slow sluggish car and I have to say it is not slow. It really reminds me of driving my 1990 CRX. While not a sports car by any means it has plenty of power and handles great. Exterior: The exterior of the car is in decent shape. It is not perfect. It has 170k worth of bumps and bruises. There is no major damage or big dents. The main negative on the outside is the rear bumper. It appears that the previous owner had several bumper stickers on the car and then damaged the paint while removing them. I can have the bumper repainted for $200 if the winning bidder wishes. There are a few other scratches and dings that I have tried to capture most of in the pictures. Please look closely at all the pictures to get an idea of the exterior condition. Interior: The interior is in pretty good shape. The seats show very little if any wear. The door panels look nice. The carpet is pretty good with no stains or tears worth noting. The headliner is in good condition and is not sagging or torn. The dash is nice with no cracks. There is a center console from another Honda installed in the car. It looks good but if you look close you can tell it is not from the car. It is very nice though to have an armrest. Mechanical: The engine runs great. The CVT transmission works like it should and the IMA system assists properly. The battery holds a charge and there are no warning lights on. The Car has 4 nearly new tires on it. The only thing worth mentioning is the CVT seems noisy to me. I have talked to several people that told me that they are rather noisy transmissions and it is probably normal. I do not think it is normal and I need to disclose that it may need repair. It works like it should and does not give any trouble. I have driven the car about 400 miles and it drives great. I think it is too noisy but it may be normal. I am by no means an expert on these cars. The low starting price is due to the possibility of needed repairs.
