Each vehicle is represented accurately to the best of my ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Subaru Outback Limited. The Subaru Outback needs no introduction as its reputation preceeds it. I would rate the exterior condition of this Outback wagon to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. As you can see, this is a good looking car. The burgundy/tan two tone exterior looks great against the gold accented wheels and tan interior. Please expect a few bumps and dings from normal use. Rust on this one is minimal (two small spots...one at each fender) and still under the paint. The tires have good tread all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Please review the photos to get a good look at this one. I would rate the interior of this Outback Limited to be in AVERAGE CONDITION. Overall, this Subaru is in good condition. There is some usual wear on the drivers seat bolster. The rest of the seats show very well. The carpets also show well for the age of the car. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is the original Subrau Premium sound with CD and sounds great. This car comes with two keys and two remotes to the factory remote entry system (one needs a battery). Mechanically, this Subaru is ready to go. When I got this car back to my lot, I noticed it was running a little warm. A friend of mine who is a mechanic (and a Subaru enthusiast) looked under it and noticed that the right head was leaking externally. I had him replace both head gaskets. This car has two new head gaskets and a timing belt so it is ready to go another 100k+ miles of fun. If you are looking at this car and are new to Subaru's, the non-turbo 4 cylinder cars are known for head gasket failure. If you're shopping for a Subaru and the seller cannot sell you when the head gaskets were done last, plan on doing them soon...at a cost of several hundred dollars. Anyway, this one drives great. The suspension, steering and brakes all feel good. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth. The engine keeps a good temperature. I've put a few hundred miles on this car since the gaskets were done to make sure everything was behaving properly. She cruises down the highway nice and strait. If you've been looking for a stick shift Outback, here it is. This example comes with the Limited trim package which means it is absolutely loaded. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed, written, or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully excercized their ability to complete any diligence needed prior to placing their bid.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.-->
