1990 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62 ***NO RESERVE*** YouTube Video ANOTHER Great find by www.SaveTheLandCruisers.com (best viewed with internet explore) "Making LandCruiser Adoption a Reality" We found this 62 in the "Hill Country" outside of Austin, TX. This is a great survivor with 160k miles, Strong running, brakes strait, smooth shifting older cousin of the FJ60. When we contacted the previous owner about the acquisition he was so delighted that his beloved 62 would find a new home that he drove this unit 9 hours to our New Orleans area shop. (all he asked for was a ride to the airport, and some cash $$. Thanks Clint for the great truck!!) The history of this truck as we know it, it originally was a Pennsylvania truck before our seller hauled it to Texas, where he has owned it since 2007 . It does show a salvage title for water damage In 1998, however there is no apparent damage. This is a blank canvas, it could easily be turned into an expedition rig for the outdoorsman who is looking for a reliable vehicle while in the back country or with a little TLC it could be restored. The thing about this truck that really caught our eye at www.SaveTheLandcruisers.com was how clean the interior is. YOU COULD EAT off it. As mentioned the 62 does need a little TLC, primarily it will need a new A/C compressor (which we can arrange to have installed at buyers request, and on the buyers dime) and it will need a new power steering reservoir (again we can arrange the fix for the buyer) As usual this is a "NO RESERVE" Auction.
