Here it is folks! An awesome 1964 volks! I own a small VW restoration business here in Montana. I am looking to sell one of my buses I have in the lot. I am a recent college graduate and do not have the time or money to restore all of the buses and bugs I have collected over the years. I was planning on restoring this one for myself, but found a 66 westy I have always wanted and so this one takes the back burner. I bought it from the janitor at my grade school a few years back and had plans to restore as I was driving my 1970 westfalia at the time. Clear title and complete bus. The only two things that it is missing and in need of other than a resto are the bumpers and back seat; for this reason I will lower the reserve as I know what it costs to replace those. The motor and tranny are in the bus and are complete or at least 95%. Has all the windows, front seats, latches and door knobs, et cetera. As you can also tell from the pictures, it is extremely dry and quite rust free for a bus this age; undoubtedly because it has spent its entire life here in Montana from what I was told. I think the pictures tell most of the story, please do not feel hesitant to ask any questions you may have. I will require a deposit within 24 hours of sale close.
