Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1990 Ford F-450 pickup. This is a regular cab, 2WD 7.5L V8 Gas Engine with Reading Service bed. It has an aftermarket CD player. Manual 5-speed transmission, manual locks/windows. It has A/C, but it currently does not work (may only need a Freon recharge). This truck belonged to my dad, who was a self-employed heavy-duty diesel mechanic. It will include almost any tool you can think of that you would need to work on a variety of vehicles and/or farm/construction equipment, except for things such as computer programming software or computer diagnostic tools. This vehicle wouldn't be for just anyone. It would be great for someone that already has the specific skill set to use the tools and equipment included, as that is where the value of this vehicle lies. All of the hand tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) will be name brand (Napa, Craftsman, Blackhawk, etc.) and there are varieties (SAE and metric) and sizes of each. Various sizes of sledge hammers. Cutting torches with cylinders. Various lengths/diameters of chain. There is a vice bolted on the rear bumper. Bottle jacks, come-a-longs, repair manuals....you name it, it's probably on there. Listed below are the big items: Miller Bobcat 225 Gas Engine Welder w/912.9 hours Napa Gas Powered Air Compressor 1/2", 3/4", & 1" Impact Wrenches w/socket sets Self-built Manual/Hydraulic Swing-Out Boom I know there is someone out there that could use all of this equipment. Consider this as buying all of the tools and equipment....and getting the truck for free. I'm sorry that I can't be more descriptive about all of the tools and equipment that you'll be getting. My dad was the mechanic. He passed away and the truck and tools are no longer being used. They need a new home! I work in the healthcare field and don't know a whole lot about everything that is on this truck. What I do know is that if you were to go out and buy all of the tools and equipment individually, you'd probably be spending upwards of $20,000! I'll include the option of making a deposit via PayPal for the winning bidder. Once the deposit is received, you can arrange a time to come and inspect the truck/tools/equipment. If you aren't satisfied with everything AS IS, your deposit could be refunded, minus Ebay's Final Auction Value fee.
