Vehicle Detail

Car does not come with a title. Only a bill of sale. For parts only. Hey, I have an '87 Mustang GT for sale. The car ran and drove, but due to a title issue, I cannot register it. So now it has become a parts car. The car was complete when I purchased it! It ran and drove. However, the transmission, pedals, shifter, and backseats have been removed from the car and were already sold separately. Everything else is still there!! The car's condition is about a 4 out of 10. The paint is a faded matte green, there are various chips in the paint, and the car has rust. It also looks like it was involved in a couple low speed accidents in the past. This is why I'm starting the auction so low. If it doesn't sell, it will be scrapped next weekend. It ran and drove last week, but prior to that I believe it sat for a long while. Car does not come with a title. Only a bill of sale. For parts only. Cannot be registered at DMV/MVC. What it comes with: both doors gauge cluster (Ford Motorsport gauges) dashboard front seats rear hatch GT spoiler bumpers taillights headlights hood all fenders battery V8 complete engine 5.0L High Output GT stock rear end suspension wheels with tires (will probably need new tires soon) stock intake dual exhaust with aftermarket test pipe (though there is a rust hole in the H pipe) aftermarket shorty headers (I believe they might be MAC headers, but they are a bit rusty) power windows and much more! This auction is for the entire car! I started pulling some parts for you, but I don't have the ability or time to pull everything. I am looking to sell the whole car, not just individual parts. Sold as-is. There are wheel locks on the rims but I do not have the key! You will need a special tool to take the wheels off. Car has some rust and looks like it's been repaired from a previous accident. THE CAR IS FOR PARTS ONLY, NO TITLE Below are some pictures that I took before I started taking it apart: On May-15-12 at 11:00:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: Here are some current pictures I took today. As you can see, I started disassembling the car. The parts are all there, but I started taking them apart in hopes to part the car out separately, but due to time, I have to sell the whole car at once (that's why it's on eBay). I know it looks a little messy, but everything is all there to make the car look like it did again in those first pics. Also, I have the fourth pony wheel, it's not on the car, but it is included. The GT spoiler is not pictured, but also included too. No fog lights though. Please read the entire listing before bidding! This is a parts car. The little yellow/white dots on the roof and trunk lid are flower petals. The paint is chipped on the bumper. On May-15-12 at 17:04:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: Also, for clarification, the car does not come with a transmission, a shifter, and the backseats. Being that there is no transmission, the car current will not start (no flywheel for the starter to grip onto). Those items have been sold separately. In good news, I mistakenly wrote that the pedals were not included with the car, but they are in fact still in the car and will come with it. The motor runs excellent, but the idle? air control will need to be cleaned due to sitting for years (it's the cylinder shaped thing by the throttle linkage near the intake). That's what's causing the jumpy idle, but you can hear that it has no knocks and no major problems in the video below. Worst case scenario would be if it needs a new IAC, but that's fairly unlikely. Please keep in mind again that the car does not have a flywheel and thus cannot be started at this time. The below video is proof though that it did in fact run.
