Up for sale is my wifes 1977 MGB thats been restored. The body was very clean before the restoration and the floor pans were rust free. The body was stripped down to bare metal, doors were removed &gutted, along with the hood and trunk lid then the body was etched primed before being painted. All the small parts, brackets,bolts and nuts were blasted and painted as well before being put back together. New body gaskets, seals and door moldings/seals were installed, new chrome side moldings, fuel tank, master cylinder,brake hoses, wheel cylinders, rebuilt calipers,clutch sleeve cyl, hose, and clutch master cyl, clutch pressure plate, throw out bearing all new. The tranny was disassembled, gears & bearings were checked/repaired, gaskets and seals were replaced which included the overdrive unit as well. The original engine was rebuilt to 1974 MGB specs to give it a little more zip, new pistons, rings and fresh bore, rod & main bearings, cyl head rebuilt and fitted with new valves, double valve springs, HV oil pump, HD lifters, crane road cam, double roller timing chain, webber side draft carb, electronic ignition, 2 1/4 exhaust with header, new battery, water pump, t-stat, radiator was redone, new tires. The interior is very clean, also has new carpet, AM -FM CD player with power amp. The factory gauges work as well including the clock. The top is nice, the drivers side plastic window has been replaced and a small tear was also repaired so now it's good to go. This car is clean in and out and you must see in person to appreciate the attention to detail. I have alot of extra parts,manuals and a car cover that all go if you use the BUY IT NOW option. I have done more to this car then what's listed and have receipts for most of the parts installed during the build. The car had 89800 miles on it prior to the resto and now shows 91180 The resto was completed in 2009 and still looks great. You may find other MG's with less miles on the clock but this one is Fresh not like those that haven't had anything done to them for 30 + years.
