Vehicle Detail
Here it is the Mopar lovers hot rod! You have a good start to two projects here. The engine in this car is a steel crank 318 from an RV built to 340 specs and it runs very good. You could leave it in the car and go with it or take it out and save it for a Dart project! This comes with a rebuilt 440 RB block that was rebuilt by a tech school and a new 727 trans with converter for the 440 (new means new). Since the 440 was built by a bunch of tech students I have a new gasket set for it so it can be torn down and checked before install. Call with questions about this. The car is all steel, I have been all over it and have found no bondo anywhere! (left rear quarter was replaced at some point in its life, but is welded in nicely) The paint is new and still needs color-sanding and buffing, someone started on the hood and the front fenders. It still needs about 40 hours of work to get the paint perfect. This car has an original "POWER-BULGE" hood and I have the bucket seats and center console to clone a "RALLYE" car, or you can put the bench seat back in it and go with that. I have all new Legendary interior for the car including the real dash pad not the cover (there is over $4K in interior alone here). As you can see from the pics the car has 500 Magnum Wheels on it (they are not correct for this year car it should have "Bottle Cap" wheels to look like a Rallye Car), but this is what I have. I do not have the cowl trim for the hood or the hood pin kits (I have seen both here on ebay). This car runs and will drive if we put the bench seat back in it. I am sure that I forgot to put in alot of what is here, but most people don't read this stuff anyway. Call if you have questions 314-974-3026 Thanks for looking!
