Here we have a clean, rust free, 1969 Falcon Futura Sports Coupe with 61,*** original miles and working factory A/C and PS. The car drives and runs great. It stops quick and does not pull to either side. It has always been garage kept. This is the rarest of the Sports Coupes. This is one of 3 1969 Sports Coupes registered with the Falcon registry. There are very, very few left in this condition. It has one repaint with little to no rust and no bondo. The paint itself is probably a 7 out of 10. It has scratches and dings along the sides but looks nice overall. The best part of this car is the trim. All the trim is in nearly perfect condition. The exception would be the wheel well moldings which have nicks and dings but can be bought new whereas the rest is nearly perfect and can not be bought new. The bumpers are in like new condition with no pitting or spider webbing. in fact all the chrome inside and out on this car has little to no pitting. All lenses are in nice crack free condition. All gauges work as they should. The trunk is in nice, rust free condition. Has the original spare and jack. The wiring on this car is even in like new condition as you can see in the trunk pictures. The wheels currently on the car do not go with but it does come with the original wheels with near perfect original hubcaps and tires that are nearly new (75%+ tread left). The interior is in great shape for the age with no rips or seams splitting. The seats, door panels and package tray look like new. The steering wheel has no cracks and looks like it did the day it came from the factory as does all the knobs, controls, gauges and gauge cluster bezel. Original AM radio works and looks new. Arm rests and seat belts look new. The car will need a new headliner, carpet (heater core stain), and has a crack in the dash all of which can be repaired fairly cheaply. Underneath the car has never been painted or undercoated so it is hiding nothing. The floor pans are great and only have slight surface rust in places as you can tell from the pictures. The engine bay is in very good condition with some chipping of the original paint but again it has never been repainted and is in excellent condition for the age. You can even still make out some of the original factory chalk marks on the firewall. This car could easily be brought to show standards with a light restoration. The expensive and irreplaceable parts are already in show condition. If you are a collector or just love these Falcons then this is the car for you. I would venture to say it is doubtful another of these Falcons, in this shape, will come up for sale in the near future. I will work with anyone needing to ship this car but it will not leave until all funds have cleared into my account. All checks will have a 2 week waiting period.
