2010 Dodge Avenger SXT Vehicle Information Year: 2010 VIN #: 1B3CC4FB8AN130392 Make: Dodge Miles: 38,813 Model: Avenger Title: Salvage Warranty: None Engine: 2.4L I4 SFI Transmission: Automatic Exterior Color: Blue Interior Color: Black Stock #: MC2066 Features AM / FM CD Radio Air Conditioning Power Door Locks Power Mirrors Power Windows Keyless Entry Rear Defrost ABS Cruise Control 16 Inch Steel Wheels Dual Front Airbags Side Airbags (seat) Side Curtain Airbags Vehicle Condition Exterior Paint: Above average Interior: Excellent with no burns, or tears Engine: Runs well Suspension: Intact Drivability: Lot drives Vehicle Description We purchased this Dodge Avenger SXT from an insurance company. The vehicle was involved in a front collision swaying the frame horns over to the passengers side. The airbags did NOT deploy but the windshield is cracked and in need of replacement. We pulled the horns back into place and replaced the front end sheet metal, both head lights and the cooling. One of the A/C lines is pinched and will need to be replaced for the A/C to take a charge. The lower half of the air box is cracked and will need to be replaced. The turn signal pig tales are broke and will need to be spliced on to get the turn signals to function. This vehicle now runs and lot drives in its current condition with no issues found in the engine, transmission and/or suspension. The check engine light is illuminated on the dash due to a missing ambient temperature sensor. There will be a 4-6 week delay on the title as this vehicle had an Ohio salvage title that had to be transferred to a Michigan salvage title for re-sale. For more information concerning this Avenger please call our office M-F 8:30-5:00 at 248-446-8289 About The Title Michigan salvage titles can be transferred or re-assigned to in-state and out-of-state buyers. It can be transferred to any buyer in any state or country. The buyer can obtain a salvage inspection in his state, which then allows the vehicle to be licensed for road use.Buyers enjoy huge savings on rebuilt and salvage titled vehicles. If you plan on driving this vehicle a long time, not immediately reselling it, you will certainly save many thousand of dollars over a clear title vehicle. Please remember you drive the vehicle, NOT THE TITLE. I recently heard a Car-Fax commercial stating the amount of salvage vehicle on the road has doubled. I guess more folks are choosing to enjoy the savings available! Disclosure Agreement BEFORE YOU BID KNOW THAT WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE $200 DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION END IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER. Do not bid if you are not going to send this $200 deposit. I repeat------ do not bid if you are not going to send a non-refundable $200 deposit. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT WE WILL NOT SELL YOU THE CAR. We don't mind folks not following though with a sale as long as they cover the deposit. Full payment on the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction end. No exceptions. Every vehicle we sell is subject to a $135 buyers fee. If you win this auction, the buyers fee will be due within 7 days along with the full purchase price. Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax and a $15 title fee.WE SELL REPAIRABLES AS IS, WHERE IS. These vehicles have been damaged in one way or another. We do our best to describe them but cannot always find every issue or repair needed on a vehicle. The term LOT DRIVES means we have driven this vehicle in our parking lot only, at speeds below 10 miles per hour. We will not drive these damaged vehicles on the road, and cannot predict how they will drive down the road. BID WITH CONFIDENCE, if we make an error in our description, there is no obligation to buy. We want you completely satisfied with us. If, upon personal inspection, you are not satisfied with the advertised item, we only ask you to cover a $350 fee that covers our internal expenses related to relisting the vehicle and additional eBay fees. We are happy to work with customers if something major is overlooked or missed in our descriptions so we are both satisfied. Pictures
