This Mercedes CL600 has been my personal vehicle for the past two months. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final selling price of every auction. It is my pleasure to offer this incredible 2003 Mercedes-Benz CL600 for your consideration. The big body Mercedes coupe is and has always been among the best looking cars on the road, in my opinion. There is just something about them that captures the eye. I've owned at least one of almost every Mercedes-Benz made in the last 30 years. Whether you're driving an old 560SEC, an S500 coupe of the 90's, a W215 or 216...these cars command a certain presence about them. One definitely feels like the king of the road behind the wheel of this car. I would rate the exterior condition of this CL600 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of the vehicle. The Desert Silver Metallic finish on this Mercedes shows very well. I could only find one flaw on the rear bumper. It has a mile deep shine and looks magnificent from any angle. The chrome trim all looks great, as do the 18" AMG alloy wheels. The tires show average tread. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Please take the time to review each of the photos closely to see how clean this Mercedes-Benz is. I would also rate the interior of this pillerless Mercedes-Benz coupe to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. As you swing open the large, specially hinged door you are greeted by the absolute finest interior offered by Mercedes-Benz at the time. Above you is a suede headliner which is in perfect condition. As your eyes lower to take in your new surroundings, you find yourself surrounded by a gracious, hand stitched, full leather interior trimmed in hand made wooden accents and chrome levers. The light tan leather and light wood trim are very pleasing to the eye. The seats are trimmed in fine leather. Both front seats are fully power operated and feature heaters, cooling fans and pulsation. The piller-less coupe is a timeless design that is both pleasing to look at and great to drive. Driver visibility is excellent...not to mention cruising with all the windows down is amazing. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers dual settings for each side of the car as well as steering wheel controls. The audio and navigation systems are operated through the center screen. The stereo sounds amazing and offers a single CD up front with a changer in the rear. This Mercedes-Benz comes with a complete set of books and manuals, a set of navigation discs, two master keys and both key cards. The trunk is spacious, clean and is opened and closed with a single touch of a button. Parking Distance Control automatically monitors your distance from other objects in reverse and below 10mph moving forward. The PDC system is working perfectly. Mechanically, this CL600 appears to be in good running condition. The 5.5L twin turbo V12 starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine has no known leaks. I've had this vehicle to my own personal mechanic, who is a Mercedes-Benz specialist. Every Mercedes-Benz I own is serviced by him. I drive 35 miles each way (past three other Mercedes shops) for him to service my vehicles...he is worth it. This Mercedes has a clean bill of health. The engine and transmission are dry. I had the suspension serviced while in his care. This CL600 looks, runs and drives as you would expect. The suspension is great. The brakes are great. Steering is great. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 493hp/590tq twin turbo V12 accellerates this car from 0-60 in 4.8 seconds with complete composure. The power is absolutely endless and smooth. If one felt so inclined, this coupe could probably outrun anything on the highway with one hand on the wheel, the a/c on and a cup of coffee in your other hand. This is exactly what a Mercedes-Benz is intended to do, and furthermore is the precise reason I feel that a Mercedes-Benz is the best car available. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This auction will be a little different than my usual NO RESERVE auctions if you follow my listings. This Mercedes CL600 has been my personal vehicle for the past two months. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. It is my pleasure to offer this incredible 2003 Mercedes-Benz CL600 for your consideration. The big body Mercedes coupe is and has always been among the best looking cars on the road, in my opinion. There is just something about them that captures the eye. I've owned at least one of almost every Mercedes-Benz made in the last 30 years. Whether you're driving an old 560SEC, an S500 coupe of the 90's, a W215 or 216...these cars command a certain presence about them. One definitely feels like the king of the road behind the wheel of this car.
I would rate the exterior condition of this CL600 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of the vehicle. The Desert Silver Metallic finish on this Mercedes shows very well. I could only find one flaw on the rear bumper. It has a mile deep shine and looks magnificent from any angle. The chrome trim all looks great, as do the 18" AMG alloy wheels. The tires show average tread. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Please take the time to review each of the photos closely to see how clean this Mercedes-Benz is.
I would also rate the interior of this pillerless Mercedes-Benz coupe to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. As you swing open the large, specially hinged door you are greeted by the absolute finest interior offered by Mercedes-Benz at the time. Above you is a suede headliner which is in perfect condition. As your eyes lower to take in your new surroundings, you find yourself surrounded by a gracious, hand stitched, full leather interior trimmed in hand made wooden accents and chrome levers. The light tan leather and light wood trim are very pleasing to the eye. The seats are trimmed in fine leather. Both front seats are fully power operated and feature heaters, cooling fans and pulsation. The piller-less coupe is a timeless design that is both pleasing to look at and great to drive. Driver visibility is excellent...not to mention cruising with all the windows down is amazing. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers dual settings for each side of the car as well as steering wheel controls. The audio and navigation systems are operated through the center screen. The stereo sounds amazing and offers a single CD up front with a changer in the rear. This Mercedes-Benz comes with a complete set of books and manuals, a set of navigation discs, two master keys and both key cards. The trunk is spacious, clean and is opened and closed with a single touch of a button. Parking Distance Control automatically monitors your distance from other objects in reverse and below 10mph moving forward. The PDC system is working perfectly.
Mechanically, this CL600 appears to be in good running condition. The 5.5L twin turbo V12 starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine has no known leaks. I've had this vehicle to my own personal mechanic, who is a Mercedes-Benz specialist. Every Mercedes-Benz I own is serviced by him. I drive 35 miles each way (past three other Mercedes shops) for him to service my vehicles...he is worth it. This Mercedes has a clean bill of health. The engine and transmission are dry. I had the suspension serviced while in his care. This CL600 looks, runs and drives as you would expect. The suspension is great. The brakes are great. Steering is great. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 493hp/590tq twin turbo V12 accellerates this car from 0-60 in 4.8 seconds with complete composure. The power is absolutely endless and smooth. If one felt so inclined, this coupe could probably outrun anything on the highway with one hand on the wheel, the a/c on and a cup of coffee in your other hand. This is exactly what a Mercedes-Benz is intended to do, and furthermore is the precise reason I feel that a Mercedes-Benz is the best car available. Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
