Each vehicle I sell is thoroughly road tested before being offered for sale so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am a wholesaler, not a mechanic. Each vehicle is accurately represented to the best of my ability. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2001 Volvo S80 T6. The S80 is the flagship of the Volvo brand and the T6 is the highest trim level available for this vehicle. I would rate the exterior condition of this Volvo to be AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking Volvo. The bright silver exterior shines nicely and looks good from any angle. There are no major dents, scratches or scrapes to report. The trim is all in good condition. The large alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This is a great looking top shelf Volvo. I would also rate the interior of this Volvo in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The back leather seats also show well and are very comfortable. The headliner is clean. The drivers door panel has been off and it loose. The master controls are disconnected so none of the buttons on the drivers door work. The other windows work fine with their respective switches. The sunroof does not open or close. For some reason, the car thinks that the driver door is open. I think that panel was off in an effort to figure that out. The stereo is the factory premium sound system with CD which sounds excellent. The climate control is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The center console and cup holder do not latch in the closed position. This S80 is equipped with factory GPS navigation. There are steering wheel controls for audio, panel display and hvac (I believe...haven't figured out what all the buttons do). The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechancally, this Volvo appears to be in good running condition. The twin turbocharged inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The exhaust has been upgraded for higher performance from the turbocharged engine. The suspension has a few light rattles which is common for this car. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes feel soft...but do stop the car without issue. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps a cool temperature at all times. The ETM behaves pretty well...only hunting once in a while. The biggest issue with this car is going to be figuring out why it thinks the door is always open. The practical problem is that the dome light stays on and drains the battery...and these cars are sensitive to voltage. I had this car out running errands today (4/29) for several hours and put well over 100 miles on it. It drives pretty nice out on the highway. I had no complaints. I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully excercized their ability to complete any diligence needed prior to placing their bid.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
