Car is great for parts or someone that has abilibilty to fix. 167,000 miles. Car is cosmectically in good condition but does need work mechanical work. Car is 5 speed manual 2.3 turbo Car does not go into 5th gear. I drove the car for about 25,000 miles without 5th gear, car will easily cruise under 3,000 rpm's at 80mph. Engine developed a failry loud knock in engine. I was told (by a NON mechanic) it could be anything from a stuck lifter to a rod knock) Car is drivable in current condition and can test drive to show how strong motor is. (car is not currently registered or insured but anyone that would is local and would like to see the car run I can drive around property where car is stored) Positives about the car: Quick fun Car to drive, catalytic converter has only 20,000 miles on it. alternator, serpentine belt, di casette have less than 30,000 miles. Tires are in decent condition. very few cosmetic issues, power moon roof. Can be parted out for big $ (I just dont have the time to tear apart and sell). No accidents, can likely be driven until fixed. Negatives: No 5th gear, Engine knock, Rear window is off track (taped up), front grill is slightly damaged. Alarm system needs new battery.
