Interior Highlights The interior of this vehicle is in show condition (this truck won best in class at the 2012 Cavalcade of Customs (prestigious car show in Cincinnati, Ohio, it is unbelievable). The interior of the truck has many details and is highlighted by the two tone Dakota bucket seats with custom center console that folds to make a full bench. The vehicle features a push button automatic transmission with in dash controls as can be seen in the pictures. The truck is equipped with cold blowing vintage AC. The truck is equipped with a full compliment of TPI instruments. The truck has an overhead console that houses the Pioneer CD stereo system. The vehicle has a Cadilac tilt and telescopic steering column. The dash is highly detailed. The vehicle has power windows. As can be seen in the pictures the interior of the truck is amazing but that is only the beginning. Exterior Highlights The exterior of the truck features an amazing all steel body that is laser straight with a stunning two tone flamed paint scheme. The suspension on the truck gives it just the right stance to let you know this is not your ordinary Studebaker pick up. The oak bed with stainless strips is like new and is a testament to the workmanship that went into this build. The truck is equipped with like new American Racing wheels with like new tires. The paint scheme makes this car stand out in the crowd and draws attention everywhere it goes. The flame job is very tasteful. The chrome on the truck is flawless with a custom front bumper that is fit to unbelievable tolerances. The fit on this truck as can be seen in the pictures is as good as it gets, the panel fit is virtually perfect. The truck has a rolled rear pan. This has to be one of the best Studebaker trucks in the country if not the world, it is awesome. This is one of those street rods that was built to perfection and that just plain has the right look!!! Mechanical Highlights As if the rest of the truck was not enough this truck has a drivetrain that is unreal. The truck is powered by a completely overhauled 392 HEMI motor, coupled to an overhauled 727 automatic transmission that transfers power to the 9” positraction rear end with 3:70 gears – it doesn’t get much cooler than that. This vehicle starts, runs, drives, and stops like a dream. The engine has been fitted with a Hot Heads intake, ISKEY cam, 10:1 ross pistons, and adjustable rockers. The truck has dual 500CFM Edelbrock Carbs, a modified 340 distributor, and an MSD ignition box. The truck has Hot Heads exhaust headers, flow masters mufflers, and chrome tipped exhaust out the rear of the truck. The truck is equipped with vintage air that blows cold. The truck is equipped with an it’s a snap wiring harness. This hot rod has a tremendous drive train and suspension. The original truck frame has been boxed. The front of the truck features a FatMan front suspension package. The rear of the truck features a FatMan 4 Link rear suspension with coil overs. The truck is equipped with 4 wheel power disc brakes and engine brake. This truck has a custom aluminum gas tank that really sets off the unbelievable and super clean undercarriage which can be seen in the pictures.
