NO RESERVE ON THIS AUCTION!!!!! I have owned "Kermit" since 1993. Before that he was owned by a fishing charter company/family. It is set up to tow and does a great job. I have towed many types of trailers, and have used it as a daily driver, and have camped in very remote areas. With out a doubt the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have kept up maintenance religiously, including having the 727 Automatic Transmission serviced. 8 years ago I had it re-upholstered, had the roof painted white (instead of the original black). I also did rust repair and bondo fill on the lower door panels and the rear wheel wells, and then had it painted a brighter green than the original green color. The rust is coming back out in a few places. Steering pump was recently rebuilt, carburetor was rebuilt, hoses and belts are in good shape. 98% tread on Goodrich T/A Radials I bought new 2 years ago--under 2000 miles on them. All of the glass is good, and it has never been wrecked. The engine is the 345 cu. in., it has a lot of miles on it, but still has good compression, and good power. I believe the valve guides are worn and are causing some blow-by, and a small amount of smoke from the exhaust. All in all it is in great shape for a 34 year old SUV type vehicle.
