Vehicle Detail
1975 Dodge B200 Tradesman Van 84,814 miles 318 cubic inch V-8, Two Barrel Carburetor, 904 Automatic 3-Speed Trans, Dana 60 rear end, Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering, SS Cragar 5 spoke wheels with the fake knockoffs, Goodyear GT Radials, Hedman Headers, Cherry Bomb Glass packs, 3 built in cup holders, Shag carpeting, Rear roof vent, Rare 1 piece Ambulance style rear door. Loss of storage and lack of use are forcing the sale of my Custom Dodge Van. Since getting the van out of storage I have: Installed a brand new battery from Walmart with a 2 year free replacement Rebuilt the Carburetor Drained the entire fuel system, flushed it, and added fresh gas along with a new fuel filter. Changed the oil and filter with Valvoline 10W30 The Van will instantly start right up and run but, it could really use new spark plugs and spark plug wires. I have replaced the Chrysler Electronic ignition and ballast resistor though. The major issues the van has are: Cosmetic body rust of the thinner gauge sheet metal which is visible in the pictures. The worst spot is behind the driver’s side rear wheel (where salt collects). Surprisingly, the underside and frame of the van are in great shape because of a thick undercoating. The Goodyear tires have plenty of tread but, are really old and hard. They do hold air for weeks but, will go flat if you don’t keep adding air pressure to them. The left front brake line burst the first time I pushed the pedal after I got the engine running again so you will need to inspect the entire brake system and make the appropriate repairs. The van had some motor home style rear windows installed when I got it. I attempted to replace the windows with sheet metal and pop rivets but, never really finished the job. You could either finish it off or put some basic windows back in. Included in the sale are two rust free front doors from a 1989 Dodge van which are a direct fit. I’m throwing in two sets of new header gaskets, a new oil pan gasket and trans pan gasket with trans filter. You will also get the original spare wheel and bias ply tire that came with the van new and two other non-original steel wheels and radial tires. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have about the vehicle. I will gladly respond to your message and we can even set-up a phone conversation.
