General Overview We bought the car from the Mercedes of Greenwich, CT. dealer with 36,000 miles on it. The administrative staff from the previous owner mistyped the mileage (23010 as 230010) on the transfer of title. The car was recorded with 230000 miles on it. The Greenwich dealer had to change that with the DMV and the mileage was corrected. However, I notice on the Autocheck, that because of the original typo, we are receiving a low autocheck score. This car is immaculate and has been lovingly maintained and cared for. The car has been maintained by Romano Motors in Syracuse, NY. The Mercedes-Benz R-Class' styling -- accentuated by a thick horizontal crease that angles forward and down from the top of the taillight -- does little to make the very long vehicle seem, well, less long. Coupled with electronic traction control, stability control, BrakeAssist and four-wheel discs with antilock, safety features are nicely integrated. Exterior (Rating – 10/10!)The exterior is flawless, the panels are ding free. This Mercedes is showroom quality. Interior (Rating – 10/10!)The interior is in excellent condition and is coming from a non smoking owner. There is plenty of storage and front and rear cup holders. Secret feature in center of cupholder is a bottle opener for those tailgating emergencies (gotta love German engineering)The rear cargo area has three small worn spots in the carpet.
