Terms of Sale Every effort is made to accurately describe each vehicle I sell. Your satisfaction is my priority. As with most pre-owned vehicles minor wear-and-tear may be discernable and degree of wear is often related to age of the vehicle. All vehicles are checked to assure no odometer rollback issues, salvage/reconditioned/flood titles unless stated otherwise. We do our best to make our vehicles look great, but please understand they may have minor flaws in the paint/interior. Some vehicles may have had prior touch up to cover excessive micro-chips or light scratches, rest assured all work; If any, is done by professionals. I would be more than happy to go over the entire vehicle over the phone if so desired. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify/accept the condition of the vehicle. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, may not be an exact match to the description mileage due to test drives, inspections, etc. We welcome pre-purchase inspections by qualified service centers after a deposit is received. All vehicles are available for inspection by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer’s discretion. With all vehicles being pre-owned, we give our best effort to obtain all original accessories for our vehicles from the previous owners and will provide all accessories that were present when we purchased the vehicle to the buyer. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that original books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartidges, etc...., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. Taxes are only collected if the vehicle is picked up in FLORIDA. If the vehicle is picked up in the State of Florida (possession takes place in Florida AND the sale occurs in Florida), the state of Florida collects the sales tax. Out of state sales tax is based on the Florida rate (6%) or your home state rate, whichever is LOWER. Most states allow credit for each other for taxes collected. Please note you only pay sales tax ONCE, and it will never be more than you would pay in your home state. If the vehicle is shipped then possession takes place in YOUR state, then YOUR state will collect and keep the sales tax. This is simply how the states sort out who collects and keeps the sales tax paid. There are NO tag fee’s for out-of-state buyers, Florida buyers will be provided a 30-day temp tag and registration with the vehicle There is a $199 tax/tag/title fee on all vehicles sold, please understand there is no profit in this fee, it simply covers prep fees (transportation/detail) and title/tag work fees. Please note most Florida titles are held electronically, therefore it takes a few days to process the ownership change and receive an updated paper title. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, NO WARRANTY unless otherwise stated. There is no warranty expressed/implied.
