1973 Volkswagen Bus Van or Vanagon I fixed a septic system for a lady in trade for this van. I hoped my wife would like it, but I could never win her over. It runs great. The tires are new with great tread. There is very little rust. The CD player works well. I put on a new carburetor, cap, rotor, a battery, and a few other minor parts. It is old, and has a few things that need to be mentioned... The drivers seat upholstery looks great, but a spring has broken, and will tear your pants. The interior drivers and sliding door latches work only from the outside. The handles have broken on the inside. (small repairs) A previous owner has removed the bench seat and installed some seats behind the two front seats and hardwood flooring. The speaker in the drivers door panel broke, and now there is a hole in the door panel. The door panels and headliner could use some work. Overall I give it an 8.7 from 0 to 10. I have driven the car very little, but it drove well around town and on the highway. Call if you have any questions.. 803-238-2711
