This is a low mileage, two-owner Florida car that I brought out to California to keep as my private driver, upgrading from an S2000. The only reason it is for sale is that I miss being able to put the top down, or in the case of a later model NSX, take it off. This car is phenomenal for its age as the AutoCheck score verifies. As well as the perfect Carfax. If you truly want to be a part of the driving experience, this NSX will put you there. I purposely selected this car for its low miles (28,600 when I got it at the end of November). I have taken care of everything that needed to be taken care of. All it needs is you to get in and drive. The paint on this car is original and there is not one ding on it. Since it has been in my possession here is what has been done: · New Acura trunk struts · New Acura engine glass cover struts · New Acura thermostat with radiator flush and refilled with Acura coolant · Oil change with Acura filter and synthetic oil · Upgraded 16/17 inch Acura chrome NSX wheels · New Acura lug nuts and wheel locks · New Acura radiator mounts · New Acura hood latch · New Acura battery tie downs with new Acura tie down bar · Parking brake adjustment · New Acura clutch master cylinder · New Acura clutch slave cylinder · New Acura alternator belt · New Acura A/C compressor belt A major service was done at 27,000 miles including the timing belt, water pump and brakes according to the previous owner. He didn't keep records. Our mechanic confirmed when replacing the other belts that the timing belt is newer and in great shape. The NSX has it original books and comes with the NSX Service Manual. It has one key (the platinum one), but will come with two Acura NSX key blanks, so spares can be made. This NSX also has its complete tool kit which tends to be a rarity. The brake calipers were recently all professionally painted gloss black with silver NSX lettering. The Acura division of Honda had only been around for five years when Honda decided to roll out the ultimate halo car. Featuring the most advance automobile technology at the time, the Acura NSX was truly the world's first exotic car that was reliable enough, luxurious enough, affordable enough, and ergonomically refined enough to be used as a daily driver. The only negative to this NSX is that very early in the second owner's possession he felt compelled to change out the stereo. Even he admitted that what was state of the art in 1994 is pretty much crap today and it didn't age well. I have not done anything to it as I don't listen to the radio. I listen to the engine. Power gets to the unit and the antenna functions perfectly, but no sound comes out. Could be as simple as swapping out the amp in the trunk, but I figure you're going to want to put in a system of your choosing. Questions? Please call John at 858-212-5396.
