Each vehicle is road tested before being listed on eBay so I can tell you first hand how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am a wholesaler, not a mechanic. Each vehicle I sell is accurately represented to the best of my ability. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and review each of the photos closely before bidding or asking questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very clean 1991 BMW 535i. I would rate the exterior condition of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of the vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking BMW. It is finished in a rich blue over tan interior. The paint has a deep shine and looks good from any angle. Please expect to find some minor scratches and bumps from daily use over the years. There are two pieces of plastic trim missing from the exterior. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels look great. The tires are average all around. Overall, this is a great looking 535i. I would rate the interior condition of this BMW to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of the vehicle. It is obvious that someone really took care of this car. The door cards are all clean and tight. The carpets show very well throughout the interior. A full set of original floor mats are included and are also in excellent condition. The original owners manuals are also included. The headliner is clean and tight. The leather seats show very well throughout the interior and are comfortable and supportive as they should be. The wood trim shows minor wear but is in great shape for its age. The trunk is spacious and clean. The stereo is the original BMW unit with cassette up front and a CD changer in the trunk. The climate control system offers individual settings for the driver and passenger and appears to be working properly. The air conditioning blows cold air, too. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The front seats are also heated for your comfort. Mechanically, I would say this BMW is in good running condition. The massive 3.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke. It is safe to assume it leaks a little oil at this age, as they all do. I cannot isolate the leak but I can smell it a little every once in a while. I don't have a ton of experience with this engine but it seems to run well. I've driven it around for a few days and it drives pretty well. The front suspension bushings are showing a little age. The steering is neutral and responsive. The car handles very well for its size. The brakes do a great job of stopping this car. Accelleration is effortless and she rolls very well down the highway. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very clean 1991 BMW 535i. I would rate the exterior condition of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of the vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking BMW. It is finished in a rich blue over tan interior. The paint has a deep shine and looks good from any angle. Please expect to find some minor scratches and bumps from daily use over the years. There are two pieces of plastic trim missing from the exterior. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels look great. The tires are average all around. Overall, this is a great looking 535i.
I would rate the interior condition of this BMW to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of the vehicle. It is obvious that someone really took care of this car. The door cards are all clean and tight. The carpets show very well throughout the interior. A full set of original floor mats are included and are also in excellent condition. The original owners manuals are also included. The headliner is clean and tight. The leather seats show very well throughout the interior and are comfortable and supportive as they should be. The wood trim shows minor wear but is in great shape for its age. The trunk is spacious and clean. The stereo is the original BMW unit with cassette up front and a CD changer in the trunk. The climate control system offers individual settings for the driver and passenger and appears to be working properly. The air conditioning blows cold air, too. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The front seats are also heated for your comfort.
Mechanically, I would say this BMW is in good running condition. The massive 3.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke. It is safe to assume it leaks a little oil at this age, as they all do. I cannot isolate the leak but I can smell it a little every once in a while. I don't have a ton of experience with this engine but it seems to run well. I've driven it around for a few days and it drives pretty well. The front suspension bushings are showing a little age. The steering is neutral and responsive. The car handles very well for its size. The brakes do a great job of stopping this car. Accelleration is effortless and she rolls very well down the highway. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Overall, this seems to be a solid older BMW. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
