Full restoration 17,000 miles ago. BODY: 2 stage PPG urethane Midnight metallic blue base with silver rally stripes. Rust free vehicle. · Classic body design with uncut and non-flared fenders. · All new chrome components. · Shelby hood, side air intakes, Shelby rear quarter windows and Shelby GT-350 R front air valance. · GT front grill with Tri-Bar vintage style headlamps and fog lights. · 30% tint on all legal glass INTERIOR: For the most part the classic look was maintained in the interior. · The top end black pony interior was accented by the addition of a Carrera wood grain steering wheel and Total Control Products billet aluminum pedal covers. A Haneline machine turned instrument cluster with new gauges with the classic look. · The interior has been fully restored with a new dash, pony upholstery, headliner, door panels etc. · The car has an authenticated actual signature by Carroll Shelby. · It has a beautiful stereo with remote, high end MB Quarts separates speakers (6ea.) and dual 10” MB Quartz subwoofers with massive amp and a car alarm with 2 remotes. · Retains functional rear seat. DRIVE TRAIN: · The engine is a freshly built 351 Windsor stuffed in where a 289 once was, aluminum Edelbrock Performer heads and aluminum Edelbrock Performer intake and roller rockers. Billet coolant overflow, dual speed automatic electric fan, polished aluminum water pump and a host of other goodies. A MSD billet aluminum distributor with electronic ignition and Holley 750, with vacuum secondary. · Exhaust is handled by 3" ceramic coated headers, Spintech stainless mufflers and 3”dual exhaust exit stock exhaust in rear Shelby valance. · 5sp. Tremec TKO exits original wood grain pony center console shift opening. Hurst linkage and 5sp. Shift knob. · Upgraded ball bearing clutch and brake pedals. · 21gal. stainless steel gas tank, brightens up the undercarriage. · Big bearing Ford 9” rear end with 3.50:1 gears and track lock differential. · Aluminum Griffin radiator with dual speed electronic fan. · Yellow top optima battery CHASSIS: · Total Control Products (TCP’s) complete Tower Brace Kit was installed to strengthen the engine bay and shock towers. · Total Control Products subframe connectors were welded into place along with their unique bolt-in cross brace. The difference in handling after reinforcing the chassis is like night and day. SUSPENSION/STEERING: · Upgrade and updated Total Control Rack & Pinion steering. · Total Control coilover conversion kit with double adjustable (separate dampening and rebound adjustment) QA1/Aldan Eagle coilovers in the front. · Del Alum greasable bushings rear leafs and another set of QA1 double adjustable shocks. for a more solid feel. provide predictable and sure handling. WHEELS/BRAKES: · American Racing Torque Thrust II's with brand new BFG T-Force radial TA’s, 17x7 with 235/45ZR17's in the front and 17x8 with 255/40ZR17's in the rear. · Wilwood disc brakes all the way around. The 12" rotors in the front complimented by the 11" rotors in the rear make a dramatic difference in the stopping distance. The increased wheel diameter, low profile tires and disc brakes work very well together and give a modern yet classic styled appearance. OTHER: · Dyna matted acoustic sound deadening in trunk area. · New wiring harness front to rear, 100% sound electrical system · Car is very well maintained, in pristine condition. · Very solid car, not squeaks or rattles · Awesome driving car.
